Scammers DO NOT BUY. Never received pants and they ghosted me.

They still havent delivered an order from november. Lots of people have the same problem and it seems as if the brand has been abandoned

The waxed denim pants that I bought took an extremely long time to arrive. When they finally arrived, after only two uses the bottom of the pants ripped from the heel bite. I’ve had pants with extreme heel bite and they’ve never ripped to the extent that these pants did. I am extremely disappointed. The wax finish also washed off completely. Once again, I’ve had other waxed pants that I’ve washed on low and air dried, and they kept their wax finish.

What started out with a great deal of excitement of getting some custom made jeans for our Grandson, turned into a huge disappointment. With one excuse after another or just not hearing back from The Deep Dark Hole, became the norm. Finally after 7 weeks, I knew it was time to contact my Credit Card company and put in a dispute. I still would have preferred the jeans. Not a great experience.

Have better costumer service I need a size swap because I was sent the wrong size and I’m getting no help

I ordered black denim jeans for my 13 year old grandson in a 28 inch waist in looking over my emails show nothing with order. If I would have seen the order was for size small(and I presume a man’s size small) as the waist is I believe is at least 32 and lunch is 36. This site does not refund so I am stuck with a $88 pair of jeans. I would never ever order from this site again. No mail that they were being shipped and again all other sites send email with delivery date and description of product. This one did not do when I received package and so what size it was it was useless to me as my grandson is a 28 inch waist and could fit into these 3 times over. Again if I could give a worst review I would

Update: After waiting 4 months for my jeans to arrive i finally got them in hand and i gotta say the quality is fire. They fit nicely. Other than the wait time being awfully long the jeans are worth it. would buy another pair

I can’t really say nothing yet🥲 ordered a while ago with very few updates and recently seen my package was being shipped out but it’s been at the same location for over a week.

besides the wait, everything was worth it. the style of fit, these are my go to's when i want that style.

They were very transparent and quick to respond when I had any questions. The jeans fit great and remind me of more expensive pieces for only 100$. Delivery was quick once they got there shipment.
