Thankyou to Dashback Hotel Delivery Services. I left my iPad and laptop at QT Perth. After my panic subsided, I contacted the Hotel and they used Dashback. Dashback facilitated return of my hardware within two business days. Dahsback answered my email and telephone enquiries within hours (even on the weekend). The iPad and laptop came in bubble wrapped packages, so were very well protected. Unbelievable service. Thank you. Ron J.

Superb Service, the Best

As I was fyling out of Melbourne I left some valuables in a hotel room safe. Andy of Dashback was brought in to help. He rescued my package and at his suggestion kept it for 3 weeks, so that when mailed it reached me in the UK at the same time as I did. I cannot praise him more, the package arrived in the UK 2 days after me and was complete. Dashback is the best and most reliable of such companies you may need to use

Quick and Easy!

Win-Win for Hotels & Guests

Our front desk team used to spend hours each day managing lost property returns. Once we signed up to Dashback, this lengthy process reduced to minutes where we now simply have to print the label and stick it on the provided mailing bag with the item inside. Dashback arrange everything else. The guest pays one easy flat fee and enjoy a seamless process to retrieve their lost items.
