We were recommended to use Dashworx by a former colleague of ours and choosing to work with them has been one of the best decisions we could have ever made.

To provide some context we're a start-up who required a web-build from scratch. What I believe makes the service so good is their ability to understand the nuances of your business and create you a product that is true to your brand whilst being completely customer centric. The team spent a lot of time understanding what we were trying to create and why, this surfaced lots of challenges but they always had brilliantly creative solutions that were laser focussed on customer and end use.

What is also so great is that the business has two areas of specialism Shopify builds and data, as we are complete novices we have decided to work with them on their retainer program. This has enabled us to get ongoing support from their expert teams so we don’t feel adrift now the site has gone live. This helps two-fold as we can get support on how the website is functioning and make tweaks to improve efficiencies, but they've also created us a bespoke “data hub” giving us a constant stream of analytics that they can then use to help us improve how we trade the site.

The team are not only very good at what they do but they are also incredibly nice people. Nothing is too much trouble and their patience with our rather chaotic schedules has given us the focus we need to get the project off the ground.
