I found Data Recovery Lab through Google Search. My external hard drive had stopped. I went to their office without an appointment and they were very polite and explained to me step by step how they may be able to recover my data. They quoted the price and though expensive I felt very much assured that they would do their best to recover my data from the conversations I had. I left my damaged hard drive with them. Within couple of days they informed me that their initial assessment was they would recover my data. After few days they sent me the list of my data and the list showed that they had managed to recover all of my files. They placed the recovered data into another external hard drive. It took them 6 days including weekend. Communication was excellent they kept me informed at each stage. I will use their service in the future and I highly recommend them.

Answers to all my questions were given in full there and then. This gave me confidence that Data Recovery Lab was the right company for me to use. They are a little more expensive than some but worth every penny for the speedy service and personal attention they offer. That said, they were cheaper than the quotes several other companies provided!
