Had a conversation with customer service, and while I stand by my original statement of ridiculous "Gift" pricing, I was able to get knew perspective on other aspects of the site. In short they are interested to know if there are fake profiles and encourage users to report them immediately

Een betaalde datingsite en contact met vrouwen die als je je telefoonnummer geeft om verder te chatten te kennen geven dat ze liever via de site te chatten tegen betaalde kosten. Ik heb 6 vrouwen gevraagd om via een chat app verder te gaan en allemaal hetzelfde antwoord, blijven chatten op de site. Persoonlijk verdacht allemaal hetzelfde antwoord. Uitschrijven gaat niet en blijf berichten binnenkrijgen van vrouwen ondanks aangegeven heb verwijder mijn inschrijving en uitgelogd ben. Niet op hun advertenties ingaan.
Ze zeggen dat er contact is opgenomen door support team maar alleen een melding al 2 weken dat het in behandeling genomen is en gebeurt niets en maar sturen van vrouwen en als ik zal reageren moet ik eerst betalen. Het stopt niet ondanks dat ik uitgeschreven wil worden. Stop sturen

Arranged a date, then the site crashed
We`d been messaging three weeks and agreed to meet. Were in the middle of sorting the where and when. Site kicked me out mid conversation. When I got back in her last few messages weren`t showing on my side. She thought I`d seen her suggestion about a place and gone quite. I hadn`t. We sorted it out with two awkward clarification messages but it was a strange stumble right at the moment where things should have felt easy.
