Selda has recently taken over the management of our property. She is determined, well organised, and solution focussed. She has been very diplomatic when managing unrealistic tenant expectations.

Stephanie Nicola, my new property manager, has been exemplary in the speed, clarity, and thoroughness of her communications with me over my property. This service is simply a continuation of the quality of service and attention I have always received from Astburys

Efficient customer service from Charlotte and Joe. From organising viewing to helping on paperwork afterwards. Thank you for the great help.

Selda has been very supportive. No crits at all and will I'm sure continue to value her ongoing support in years to come. Brief comment only as in haste!

Recently completed on a house purchase in Crouch End and the agent dealing with us was Shakir. He was courteous, professional and always had a positive mind set which are important attributes required when trying to close a property transaction in England.
The transaction itself was a bit of a rodeo given the owner is based down under but Shakir shepherded this through very efficiently.
Strongly recommend this agent and Shakir in particular is ace!

Selda was absolutely fantastic in helping us deal with our washing machine issue!

Stephanie handled a situation where a long-term leak in the property I was renting had resulted in a ridiculously high water bill. She engaged on my behalf and provided the plumbing documentation necessary to protect my rights. This involved sending documents and speaking on the phone to the water provider. Her work was exemplary and I am very grateful for her intervention.

Stephanie handled a burgeoning damp issue with our flat promptly, efficiently and courteously. Great communication throughout. And she spotted an anomaly which she then sorted out saving us a major expense. Excellent work. Thank you.

The whole team and especially our property manager Stephanie at David Astburys are a real breath of fresh air. We had been letting our flat through a large well known estate agents and had so many problems we ended up despairing of the whole letting process. David Astburys have been amazing - a totally different experience. They are helpful and friendly, always available for any queries and seem to know everything you might possibly want to know! We 100% recommend using David Astburys as your letting agent.

Super straightforward and helpful guidance throughout the process, Nadia was extremely easy to work with when it came to our renewal paperwork, thanks for all the help.

I would like to take a moment to commend Safa for her exceptional service. From the very beginning, she has been consistently professional, responsive, and attentive to my needs. She takes the time to explain things clearly, ensuring I understand every step of the process. Safa's kindness and patience have made navigating the housing process much easier, and I truly appreciate her dedication to helping me. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their work and the people they serve, and Safa is definitely one of those people. I am very grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone in need of housing assistance.
