Have had my flat managed and rented the rough David Astbury’s for around 5 years and have never received anything other than excellent service. Rebecca is my current letting manager and she is excellent. Super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to make sure myself and the tenants are receiving the best possible care and service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental management company. Also currently trying to sell a property through them and equally receiving amazing service from Kieran, Tel, Toby and the team (sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone but they are all great!)

As I prepare to leave the property I have rented from David Astburys for the last seven years, I just wanted to thank Elena for looking after me so well.
She is always prompt to reply, fixes any problems that arise quickly and with no fuss. She has a friendly but professional manner and I can’t thank her enough for making my tenancy stress free.
Elena is a true asset to David Astburys and I will miss dealing with her.

Oliver from David Astburys is a miracle worker , he rented my flat in what seemed like 5 mins , he found a flat for my son who was looking to rent his first home with his girlfriend , he totally understood what they wanted and went the extra mile . David Astburys is lucky to have him … my only regret is I haven’t got more properties for him to rent out 🤣

Oliver Sandamas manages my rental properties for me and he provides the best service I could hope for. He is incredibly well-organised, responsive, always ready to help and a great support all round. I cannot recommend highly enough!

My experience of David Astburys in Crouch End as rental agents has been excellent. Safa Iqbal in particular has been helpful, calm, focused and effective. I have been with David Astburys for almost four years.

I’ve only been in the property a couple of weeks, but the experience so far has been very positive. Any snagging issues were dealt with quickly, with clear and prompt communication throughout. It’s really reassuring to have a property manager (Selda) who is proactive and genuinely helpful, and it’s a refreshing change from past experiences!

We had a great experience working with David Astburys Crouch End. The team was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our property manager, Safa, was especially supportive and attentive, and Terry was very helpful during the rental process. Everything was smooth and stress-free.

I’ve had an excellent experience working with Selda, the managing agent for my flat. She has been incredibly helpful in coordinating a recent boiler issue, ensuring the tenants were well looked after while also helping me as the landlord keep costs under control. Everything was handled promptly, professionally, and with great communication. Selda managed to keep all parties happy, and I’m truly grateful for her support. Highly recommended!

David Astbury recently sold a property in Toll Gate gardens for me and it had some challenges during sales progression. I work with a lot of agents every day and no one has such a pro-active on the ball sales progressor like Titilayo. She really is exceptional. She performed her role like a star and kept this sale alive and got it across the line. Awesome team to work with.

The Crouch End office was very helpful throughout the process, and facilitated several of our requested visits to the property throughout the sale. The staff were friendly and approachable.

David Astburys are a very professional organisation, Selda Who looks after my properties is very responsive and I would like to offer her a job if she ever left there.

I had the pleasure of Selda being our property manager. When I first moved into my place, I found quite a few issues with regard to the existing furniture. Selda acted promptly and immediately communicated with the landlord, and was able to arrange for replacements arriving within the same day. Having a great time with David Astbury's thus far!
