David was efficient, polite and respectful he took a lot of time patiently explaining power of attorney to my mum in an away she could understand.

David is very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, I asked him about Trusts and writing a new Will and asked him to explain everything in plain English which he did.
Needless to say I now have a new Will and my Trust is now going through the process of being registered. To say all this is a big weight off my mind is an understatement.

I cannot tell you how pleased I was to come across David's company. He drafted a Trust for me and during the course of our Zoom meeting I enquired about LPAs which I was going to organise further down the line. In the end, asked David to draft both documents and was so impressed with the service that I recommended him to my sister who had commenced her LPA on the GOV website but gave up and never completed it.

My sister was extremely pleased with the efficient service David provided and I will continue to recommend his company to other family members and friends.

My partner and I engaged David to write our wills. He started giving what turned out to be inaccurate and inappropriate financial advice. He is not qualified. We asked for our money back as the will was totally unusable. He refused so my partner issued county court proceedings to get the money back. We currently have a judgment against him but he is yet to pay up. A very disappointing service. Watch out for unqualified financial advice from David or anyone else.

I originally arranged my Will with David Nicholls shortly after losing my husband, a very difficult time, but David was extremely helpful and patient and made the task seamless, for which I was very grateful.
I would strongly recommend his services to deal with what seemed like a very daunting task, but made very simple.
