They are scammers. My order didn’t deliver, and they didn’t refund my money.

They are scammers i had placed order 11/23 paid them in advance via card uptil now neither got my order nor my payment refunded .. i have mailed them multiple times called them but of no use no response from them on call they keep u on hold

They are scamming people they take money and never fulfill order

I ordered ensure for my nana and Nani last year, I online payed and I never got the parcel, even after calling them multiple times, initially they said it's out of stock then they said we have applied for refund and it will be transfer to your account in 15 days and they keep repeating the same every time. It's been the whole year and my Nani is no more, that was my first thing I was buying for her from my first salary. Dawaai.pk is a scam

This website is a fraud. I placed an order with an advance 11 may 2025 worth 12570Rs and made an advance payment. The order never delivered. At first upon my contact they said that the item is out of stock and that they will refund the amount. That never happened and now all the contact numbers are always unreachable and there's no way to contact them. Please do not place any order from this site

same as many costumers i paid online but medicines never delivered cheaters

They didnot deliver my order too. Filed a complain on fia and still no response

I placed an order for medicine on 7th January 2025, but I haven't received it yet. The order was made online for Rs 14,500.

Dawaai.pk is a fraudulent platform. I placed an order (Order No: CON-529018-0001) on 04-Dec-2024 for Rs. 1930, but it was never delivered. Despite over 12 attempts to contact their fake helpline and an email, I received no response.

They don't even deserve 1 star... I've ordered medicine form last 10 days, they don't even reply to mails. Don't respond to customer service number.. they are fraud!
They should be banned

Fraud i paid a handsome amount for medicine they are not responding on any platform i also became victim like many others .....

Its seems they doing fraud...I placed order and paid online 18th Nov 2024, No emails, No delivery, and they even dont take calls on given helpline (021) 111-329-224

I had a terrible experience with Dawaai.pk. I placed an order (ID: CON-359303-0002) on 26th October 2024, worth Rs. 13,561.68, paid via Visa debit card. The order was cancelled, but even after weeks, they have not refunded my amount.

Their customer service is unresponsive, and this delay feels like outright fraud. I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from this company. Save your money and peace of mind – don’t trust Dawaai.pk!

Ordered medicine of almost 10000 paid by credit card, but no medicine delivered, no feedback even no response over call.

So not order them , try to spread the msg.

Fuc*ing fraud in 2024-2025 but government has not taken action no response from this company since placed an order nor I received my money back please don't pay them

I placed a prepaid order on August 21st 2024, and as of October 19th 2024, I still haven't received it. The lack of communication and updates has been extremely frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to get a status, I’ve received no useful response. This experience has been disappointing and stressful. I strongly advise against placing prepaid orders with this company due to their poor service and unreliable delivery.

This company is a fraud. I had never received my order neither get my payment back.
