Den Shop selber finde ich super.Nur der Lieferservice(UPS)lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Aber der Kundenservice bei Dawayo ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich werde dort öfters bestellen.

Den shop selbst finde ich super
Den shop selbst finde ich super mit einer breitgefächerten Auswahl. Lieferung in D leider nur mit UPS, womit ich leider noch nie gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Ist halt leider blöd, wenn man TK-Ware geordert hat, und UPS meine Lieferanweisungen nicht auf die Reihe bekommt, sodass die Ware dann ein paar Tage irgendwo ist, außer bei mir. Eine zweite Option beim Lieferanten wäre toll.

Items missing and expired products
Good range of products and fast shipping, but unresponsive customer service. I had missing items in my order and also received goods that were expired. I have emailed twice and after days, still no response.

Dawayo.de ist meine Nummer 1!
Dawayo.de ist mein Lieblings-Onlineshop, in dem ich jeden Monat koreanische und japanische Lebensmittel bestelle, alles kommt immer super schnell an und die Auswahl ist riesengroß. Ob Fleisch, Saucen, Öle, Gewürze, Knabberzeug und süßes, Tiefkühlprodukte oder jegliche Art von Getränken, das Dawayo-Sortiment enttäuscht einen einfach nie, es gibt hier sogar seit einiger Zeit hausgemachte, fertige Gerichte und Meal-Kits zu kaufen, einfach toll!

Nice packaging, fast delivery, reasonable price.
Super fast delivery. They even included the thermal bag and ice pack inside, free shipping with order over 50€. Mostly whatever I want to buy which I couldn't buy in other websites, they will have them here. They even sell some limited time items like Suntory Horoyoi. First time buying here and I'm totally pleased. The price is reasonable, wide variety of products, nice packaging and fast delivery time. Totally recommend.

There is a wide variety of products, but most of them are slightly more expensive than other Asian supermarkets (in Munich).
Fast delivery speed. Although some of my friends' shipments often go missing, this has never happened to me. I ordered more than 10 times. Geat packaging quality, ice is still cold when arrive.
The shop built on WordPress and not tuned well. e.g., messy category; mis-click on evil "buy now" button will purge your cart history; weird membership level module which you never know what level you are; bad VPS performance taking more than 10 to load a page...
