We were treated with courtesy. The staff member who served us was helpful and discrete with his advice. The specific sizes require arrived within the expected time frame and we were very happy with the quality and style of my son’s wedding suit. We would definitely return for future purchases. This company provides excellent value for money with a touch of good old- fashioned customer service.

I dealt with the Affinity Shop and also online and the help and advice by the gentleman store manager at Affinity was excellent, professional service provided with both top customer service and product advice and knowledge.

Delivery took 4 weeks and was not contacted to let me know that there was no stock. It was only because I rang to find out where my item was that I found out.

I went In for a wedding suit for my own wedding recently, had a great experience choosing the suit and really helpful staff. Went really smoothly and the suit was fantastic, got measured up and ordered on same day. Recommended 👍

Quality clothing - good experience - slightly slow from purchase to collection ready.

I needed 2 black dress shirts with double cuff for my daughters wedding, didn't have them in stock so the gentleman said I'm sure I can get them. Ordered them Saturday afternoon had an email the following Monday ready to collect. Absolutely fantastic service, and I will use them again.

This order of a PE shirt took 1 month to arrive.

Previous orders have been relatively quick, not sure what happened on this occasion but it was needed sooner than arrived.

Quality of the shirt was fine. Was packaged in just a cardboard box, no bag in case the outer packaging got wet. Previous orders had been wrapped in clear plastic first. Little things that make the difference.

Highly recommend but sadly took over three weeks to arrive after order was placed

Very helpful and considerate staff. Very knowledgeable which always helps. Had to order jacket and waistcoat which arrived in less than a week. Nothing was too much.

Such great customer service. Chris was amazing. We went for school uniform and he let the children try on different sizes and was very patient and knowledgable about what was required. Allowed us to exchange items that weren’t needed and communicated clearly through the whole process. Can’t speak highly enough, would recommend.
