Thanks for your review Em, we appreciate all feedback. We don't generally receive complaints regarding our products as we have taken care to source high quality and hard wearing clothing.
It's unfortunate a review of care instructions has resulted in an overall company rating of 2 stars. Please do get in touch if you ever need to discuss any issues you have with products you have purchased from us.
