My experience could have been much better had instructions come with the product and I can’t help but wonder if the birds could have been made with something less flimsy.

The best part of this experience has got to be customer service. The representative exchanged many emails with me and was able to get me the information I needed to assemble the floor lamp. I want to thank the representative for being professional, responsive and very patient. I hope the company is taking note because no chat robot could have provided this level of service.

Words can’t describe how brilliant, professional, loyal, diligent, reliable, and surprisingly consistent and punctual to any other service agent in the country. Compensating her with a promotion is an understatement. Clearly if she can be an associate for all business forums would be a blessing.

I bought a light about 2 years ago. 4 months ago, it stopped working. I reached out to Dazuma to get replacement parts, but their technical staff is so inept that we are now 4 months later, still do not have the parts. I have sent them voltage and resistance measurements of components so they could verify the bad one and we could replace it. But they have never acknowledged any of that information and just want me to purchase a new light. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Customer service is exceptional. Actually spoke to a live person the entire time which is rare these days. They called me back the morning after I called with confirmation that my need was taken care of. Also, they’re lighting rocks! Love it!

If I could give Dazuma no stars would display my dissatisfaction. My husband purchased these lights as a gift for our new home and somehow, they were ordered in the wrong size. The company has been nonchalant with the order. They will not refund, exchange or send a return label. Everytime he reaches out to exchange they keep giving him the run around. We don't want anything but our money back. We will not stop until we receive a FULL REFUND. WE ARE NOT PAYING FOR SHIPPING OR A RETURN LABEL. Dazuma is a scam. When you have an issue, you have to wait 1 or 2 days before someone responds to your message. I HAVE ALSO REPORTED THIS TO THE BBB.

In spite of lots of issues with my shipment, Mhaica from Dazuma Customer Service has been very responsive and did a great job taking care of us.

SCAM! Do not purchase from Dazuma! Took over three months to arrive and when it did it was shipped direct from China with no instructions or order information. The quality was very poor for outdoor lights—thin plastic—and it comes unwired. When I tried to return it, the company said I would have to pay the shipping both ways which would amount to 70% of the $270 I paid so I would be returned only 30% of the total I paid: $80. It’s a ripoff and a scam.

The patio lights have gotten so much positive attention from my neighbors. They're beautiful, classy and adds beauty to my stone patio. Mhaica has been a huge help in helping me maintain their durability. Mhaica has walked me through step by step and kept me in the know regarding status updates and shipping details. Mhaica made this experience a pleasure and I will absolutely recommend Dazuma to anyone who who asks about my lights

“Received the lamp with a broken-glass panel. Immediately contacted Dazuma which began a series of emails where they eventually offered me a "free replacement glass" and $10 off; to which I responded negatively. As I'm sure they are aware, the glass panels are glued and sealed inside the fixture at the top and bottom . How am I to safely remove the broken glass and then install the replacement glass? My response to their offer was 4 days ago. I ended up calling customer service (a call center) where I had to send photos and screen shots of the emails. Very dissatisfied.”

After posting the above review, I received a replacement lamp, and this time, the top frame was cracked clear through. Their resolution was to swap out the unbroken top frame from the first lamp (the one with cracked glass panel) onto the replacement. Fair enough. We received a square solar lamp for free for all our time and trouble. That was very nice, but I won’t be buying from them again.

Mhaica's customer service is excellent, very responsive and thorough in answering questions. Was willing to walk me through ordering process to take advantage of discounts.
Online ordering process is also easy.
Order tracking provided details of where item was every step of the way.
Considering item manufactured in France and shipped to US, delivery process was very good.

I love my exterior lights! High quality and beautiful! The order sat in US customs a long time which is not Dazuma’s fault. They were great at communicating with me how things were progressing with the shipment. Great communication and customer service ! Highly recommend this company!

During the installation my light sconce had dropped from the ladder and broke. Being extremely upset I contacted Dazuma and without hesitation they expedited the broken light within a day, amazing!
