A final comment: There are many charlatans in this sector who play Payment upfront then submit a gibberish report. Other firms make "price match promise" proven to be utterly false when challenged while making false statement. Not so with David.

David worked with us to provide practicable mitigations to balance the needs of the listed building and the requirements of the LA and regulations etc.

David competently provided an acoustic report needed for planning permission for an external air conditioning condenser, alongside mitigation suggestions. David was already familiar with the local planning authority (Tower Hamlets) policies and the planning permission has now been approved.

dB(A) Acoustics produced an acoustic assessment for a dance school planning application (Sept 2019). We worked with David, whose response to our enquiries was timely and he talked us through our requirements to ensure that we were taking the best approach.
