Not very clear Instructions for self employed people. Ended up losing £94

Kevin Call handler and Hayley manager god awful people didn’t speak professionally seems rude while asking for my deets. They deserve to be removed with the attitude like that

Extortionate charges - apply direct through the government website for just £18. These guys have charged me £77!

Disappointed as advertised enhanced and came as basic and tried several times to ring rang out for 20 minutes each time and then it hung up 😰😰have emailed snd still no response not happy 😰

This is the biggest waste of money of ever spent, waited 7 days for an email thenI couldn’t use the document as it’s not recognised by company’s and then same day as I got the email my certificates arrived in the post I would not recommend this company, save your money and apply direct.
And also I will be complaining about this .

Fast and effective service. Only issue was signing in with drivers license after application.

I was extremely sceptical after reading many of these reviews (after I’d already put an application through) however, yesterday I received the enhanced DBS certificate. It took longer than expected, and I do think their customer service needs some work, it took me to contact them to get tracking, and an update when application was taking longer. I took off a star for that, but I did get it, I could track my application on the official DBS tracking website, once they had given me the tracking number. So don’t give up keep emailing them for the tracking number, once you get that you’ll have more peace of mind.

Did two applications over 3 weeks ago, heard straight away to confirm something then nothing back and still waiting, really poor service and lack of information from something that you pay £90.00 for.

Everything went well I’m just waiting for my DBS

Terrible, paid heard back from Lily straight away confirming something. Then nothing for a week. Email Lily to confirm what’s going on. No response!! Another 4 days and have no contacted there support!.
No phone number to contact!!

SCAM - NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WE PAID £90 AND TWO MONTHS LATER HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OR PROOF THAT APPLICATION WAS EVER PROCESSED- SCAM

The best in the transaction although a bit expensive. I had my certificate less than 5 day of submitting my request. Very reliable and explanatory during the entire process.
