Apologies I’ve just checked and can see your order is due to be delivered on Monday, it is currently at your local depot. I have checked and can see you ordered whilst we were closed for Christmas so I do really apologise for the delay we only reopened 03/01/24 as advised on our website. Brilliant Site
For years i’ve been searching for a packaging company just like this but no site has met my standards in quality or accessibility. There are many options to choose from and the site keeps you well informed about all the services they provide.
I would have given 4 stars for the lack of communication from their instagram page and the emailing service but no packaging site comes close to this one so 5 it is.

As already discussed via email, as this is an international order customs are owed on this shipment. The courier can deliver your parcel as soon as you arrange payment with them. We have also offered to help with customs at your request but didn’t receive a response.

It seems this 1* review is in fact related to the customs charges on your shipment which are beyond our control & you were made aware of on the website when ordering. If you could respond to your emails we will be happy to help with any customs queries you may have & would appreciate if you can reconsider your 1* review, it seems the review is based on customs charges rather than our service.
