I am so glad that my card was replaced…
I am so glad that my card was replaced even though I had it.Just less than two weeks, so it makes me so happy. At first I was afraid that the judge me for losing my cat in less than two weeks of obtaining a new one. I love the DCU customer service.

Heidi Deluco did an amazing job as always! She was able to make what I thought was impossible actually possible. She was able to help me refinance my car using DCU along with increase my credit and get a balance transfer all set up for me. She’s amazing and I highly recommend!

If you own a business in Fitchburg and don't have an account with DCU, I would suggest you not accept checks from their institution. They will not honor the check for cash payment.
