Vendeur non correct avec un service clients inefficace et peu aidant qui laisse traîner la situation
Les conditions de retour sont absurdes et A LA CHARGE DU CLIENT.

Ich habe Kleidung bestellt. Am besten ist, gleich die richtige Größe zu bestellen, da der Umtausch schwierig ist. Aber mit etwas Geduld klappt wirklich alles sehr gut. Die Größen sind etwas anders als gewohnt. Ich bin 167 cm groß und wiege ca 70 kg. Beim Oberteil passt die Größe XL super. Die Sachen sind wunderschön und von guter Qualität.

Wow. this buddhastoneshopguys really have a buddha-spirit. I' made a mistake ordering the wrong size. No problem for them them. They answered superfast, superpolite and courteous.
And - the style of the cloth (trousers) are one off a kind for an unbelievable price.

I had a really disappointing experience with BuddhaStoneShop. The items I received looked completely different from what was shown on the website. The materials also did not match the descriptions at all.
Out of the 5 products I ordered, 3 didn’t even have a BuddhaStone label inside — instead, they had tags from some random Chinese company, which made the whole purchase feel unreliable and misleading.
Some clothing pieces were described as cotton in the shop, but they are obviously made of synthetic fabric. Even worse, the garments had no material information label at all, so there was no way to verify what they were actually made from.
When I tried to return the order, customer service told me that I could only return the items if they were faulty. This is not acceptable under EU consumer rights, which allow returns within a certain period. After I explained this, they did not offer a proper return solution but instead tried to persuade me with partial refunds: first 10%, then 20%, then 30%.
I still wanted to return the products, but they informed me that the return shipping would have to go directly to China. The cost of shipping would have left me with barely more than the 30% refund, so I eventually accepted the partial refund instead.
Overall, the whole experience was frustrating, misleading, and very disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from this shop.

Die Größentabelle war bei der Bestellung nicht sichtbar. Sonst wäre klar gewesen, dass 2 Xl nicht der EU Größe 2 Xl entspricht sondern eher Größe M.
Daher möchte ich das Kleid, das ansonsten schön ist umtauschen.
