Superb Service

All very good and helpful although I was disappointed that they didn’t offer longer exhaust hose’s, also the unit cooling grill throws it out at an angle so although the grill is big enough, the cool air only comes out the left third of the grill and not straight out and it only has adjustable Louvres for up and down not side to side adjustment. Outcome is the grill give’s you a false impression. It’s not as good as it looks.

Not as advertised and very very horrible customer service. Called about returning an item and was simply told to email them which took long at get a response. When I finally heard back, was simply sent an address no return label provided to return it.
