Fantastic company had a lot of issues with previous dealerships due to lack of communication and broken promises but deal drive motors couldn’t be any different, first time going lad who showed us round was really helpful and informative, once we found the car we wanted Ali was great, good communication and really helpful, they sorted couple advisory’s from mot quickly and made sure the car was in perfect condition with a fast turn around. Ali answered all our questions we had clearly and gave us a lot of information, even assisted us tax car to make it quicker and offered to help us change number plate as we haven’t done the process before. Couldn’t speak more highly of this dealership and the staff that work there, very happy with our Mercedes and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle

I bought a volvo xc60 se lux from Deal drive motors, from walking into the door to driving my exceptional car away my buying experience was second to none . I had a slight problem with it this morning, Ali assured me that he would have it looked at & sorted as soon as possible. I was expecting to wait 24 to 48 hours , which is reasonable but I was called back 6 hours later & asked to collect it when I'm ready . Ali's mechanic had diagnosed a broken auxiliary belt and replaced it, which left my car feeling as good as new . It is an absolutely refreshing change to be able to walk into a top quality car dealership & be listened to & my problem dealt with the same day . Ali, you are a true gentleman and I would like to once again thank you

this is a really bad car dealership, believe it or not i found out the hard way after buying a car from themselves. the cars they are selling are crash damaged finance cars which are unrecorded damages which gets cowboy botched up, beware of buying from them and if you are i consider have a really good look into the car even going as far to pay a mechanic to do a check over for your piece of mind

The whole experience of dealing DealDrive Motors, has been a positive one. After initial issues (on my side) of getting finance in place. They helped secure it and communicated through out. On reaching the dealership to pick up the car. They were warm and friendly and did all they could to provide the best deal and service, Couldn’t recommend them more. Professional, friendly and caring 10/10

I bought a car from them 10 months ago and all ive had is trouble with it ive had to get the rac out to look at my brakes and told me it's not safe to drive so I had to get all 4 brake pads and discs replaced and now it just won't start phoned the dealer up not interested thanks for that now I have a 13000 car sat on my drive and can't do nothing about it 🙃 they just don't care as soon as you drive off that's it there not bothered about any aftercare

My son bought his first car at full asking price on the Saturday, but after a few hours at home the battery was flat. We assured the manager it wasn't because the lights were left on. I made the mistake of saying I would report it to the Motor Ombudsman. This was because it was the first time I had bought a second and car and was nervous about it. The manager came over with his mechanic and changed the battery on the Monday. He also fixed the bonnet which could be opened without using the latch. But he later confessed he didn't like me threatening him in this manner.
On the Wednesday, I realised it had no timing belt service and it was three years overdue. I was disappointed about this having enquired to the manager, and having received verbal confirmation, it needed neither servicing or anything doing to it. The manager said this was classed as 'preventative maintenance', therefore not coming under servicing, which I felt was playing on the nuances of language and jargon. I checked with the AA warranty - the timing belt was not covered being pre-existing and the warranty would not be valid if the car broke down as it hadn't been properly maintained. The manager offered to fix it for a further £300 or the option to return the car for a £500 restocking fee.
The following Tuesday it had rained and my son's friend reported a wet back seat when they drove around locally. I discovered water ingress pooling in the boot and wetting the back seats. The manager said he had ordered the parts, but I had been trying to find them for a few days. He said it would be 7-10 days, but worried it was just kicking the can further towards the 30 day limit of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I pressed for evidence of these parts being ordered. This culminated in the car being returned on the following Monday. In the office I was upset and lost my temper as I knew it was not correct to say we had to pay a £500 restocking fee or none of my son's monies would be returned. I threatened to remain in the office all day, but could leave when my monies were partially returned, less the £500 fee plus £1 for each mile travelled. On the following Wednesday, having sook the counsel of Citizens Advice and sent a letter in, our full monies were repaid. Going forward, I hope Deal Drive Motors will have a full understanding of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and fully respect it on behalf of their customers.
