These are scammers, rude, arrogant who give customer worst product ever and loot them, they dont have refund policy they dont accept their fault, they are worst people and company to deal with it.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. A very rude and disrespectful bunch of people that allow issues to go on over 2 months even though i have emailed and phoned on multiple occasions. They put the phone down so you’re talking to yourself, they don’t respond to emails. They tell you the issue is resolved because of a partial refund which was for other items which clearly show in the order as it updates. Considering it’s their database and system they should know this. They hope you forget and the pocket money and double the profit due to reselling the item. They are a complete waste of time and money. Go elsewhere… I wish I did!!

DO NOT EVER deal with these people. Reading through the number of 1 star reviews these guys should change their name (again) from DealsDirect to DealsDefect. They are complete scam people- false pictures are standard and what you think you order is not what you get. Then trying to arrange for a credit / return / refund is met with radio silence. Try calling the store to talk direct and you get hung up on or they put the phone down and leave you waiting for however long you are prepared to sit there before you give up. Doing research they change their name to try and suggest they are different - but it’s the same scam people, same scam products and no regard for nz laws or consumer rights - how they are allowed to operate as a business in NZ is beyond me

Wrong coffee table sent.
2 weeks of emails every day.
3 phone calls.
I Finally went to bank and they organized refund.
Then Deals Direct organized pickup of coffee table that I had not ordered.

Terrible company bought x2 gazebos from them, only received 1 didn’t deliver 2nd one, customer service is terrible as well, no one there to help, so not purchase from them.

By the look of it another review when this business has advertised pick up but then can pick it up.
I wanted a refund so could get it somewhere else before Christmas but the seller said it would arrive by Christmas and then the parcel wasn't even collected by the courier when the seller said it would be collected the next business day!! Absolutely useless business! Bullshit through thier teeth just to get the money then they ignore the emails you send when they dont want to deal with the consequences from thier stuff up!!!! Thanks for ruining someone else's Christmas present!

Bought my daughter the Jeep 24V Electric Ride On Car for Kids | Remote Control, for xmas. According to website it was in stock and if i was in akld I could pick up that day. I ordered it November, recieved confirmation email and havent heard anything since. Rung 18th Dec they said the would get back to me. Never did. Rung back on the 20th apparently they are still waiting for stock to come into the country (due this week) but it won't arrive to me before Xmas.
Have requested a full refund to be in my account by monday, so we will see what happens.

I ordered a shoe cabinet. Got a confirmation email with the tracking number, only to then receive a phone call that the item is not in stock. requested a refund 6 days ago and I'm still waiting for my money.

Bought supposed heavy duty container racking. Arrived and was super light cheap and was rusting at the edges. A total scam advertising and they responded to my polite query that they've never had a complaint so too bad. Total lies. They even put bad review on my TM sale to be vindictive. Small little peepee boys that couldn't find a hole if they fell in it.

They sent me the wrong coffee table and I sent photos which you can clearly see they not the same. I got nowhere with them. They said it’s the same one. It was even a different colour and really poor quality. The drawers didn’t fit properly. Also didn’t have any knobs. They wouldn’t reply to emails and fobbed me off on the phone. I’d never buy from them again

Bought 2 different office chair. Took home to assemble. Started with the smaller chair. Wheels missing. Then have to go back to collect the wheels. The material is of such inferior quality. So told them I want to return the unopened pack. That guy (Abish) said can’t do a refund!!
So I opened that big box and find missing parts again. Then brought to the shop and they say they will fix it and assemble the chair. Then they tell me they don't have parts!!!
Asked for a refund. Finally Abish agreed. He promised to get the money the next day. Then broken promises. Have to call them many times and they keep giving empty promises. Eventually I got the refund but short of 99 cents. It's not about the 99 cents. It's how low they will stoop down.
A complete waste of time. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. CAN'T TRUST THEIR INTEGRITY. Better to get from Warehouse or the 2$ shop.
Their quality is rubbish. Tell you friends not to go there. Am really disappointed.

I just brought a product from there yesterday the case snapped off and was told to tape it up , after demonstrating what happened with their product. This store must be exempt from nz consumers act because they told me it was their policy not to exchange their items.

Our bar stool arrived with a scratched base. Deals direct replaced it, however the new one arrived scratched as well - i couldn't believe it!
When you buy something brand new you expect it to be in perfect condition. I emailed again telling them but received no reply.
I will not be shopping here again and would advise other people not to.

I had high hopes for what I was going to receive. Was looking for something inexpensive yet doable. Wishful thinking, thought I was getting a bargain. Did not allow time to look at the reviews. I hope this adds to the many reviews so other people do not make the same mistake.

Bought the Bentley electric toy car for my daughter's belated birthday. Did not work after charging it for 3 days non-stop. Come to find out that I needed to replace the old battery for fcuks sake. Then I noticed the steering wheel was faulty. Had two brand new batteries put in and didn't make any sounds whatsoever.

I accepted the replacement of the new battery at first, then came on here to the reviews. I changed my mind so fast, and requested a refund.

I had an epiphany that if I was going to change the battery it may not work still. And I would have to run another risk going back and forth with this company, not coming to a resolution.

Fingers crossed guys I get this refund, shaking my head.

My daughter was so upset and made me so mad.

Never trust this company. I purchased a kids table but when i open it. It doesn’t look brand new it looks like someone return it because it has missing parts some items are broken and no manual.

Went to buy a 4 person tent, got to the checkout and they tried to tell me it was the wrong price sticker on the item and it was actually a 6 person tent, get home and set it up to see how it looks and I find out that it only is a 2 person tent these Morons are useless your better of getting it through temu !! I think I'll be back arguing with them on Friday but I don't think they will do anything from the reviews I have read, 😡

Company is a fraudulent company. Staff cant speak English and are extremely rude and unhelpful. They will do everything and anything to get more money out of you. I spent over 20 hours trying to resolve issues and they messed me about at every opportunity. Now stuck with wrong product and I can't get my money back from them. Pease save yourself the hassle and avoid. Also be aware that they are a phoenix company and regularly shut down and re-register under another name.

If there was a no star rating thats what they would get.
Brought blankets online from dealsdirect.co.nz... received totally random not my order items not even what I selected....they do not reply via email phone or text...they have disgusting customer service and they leave you on the phone waiting...it's even worse when they say you picked those items been 4 weeks now I've asked for refund Noone answers...I paid using zip app ....I rang zip to stop payments to them n they couldn't but they can talk to them on your behalf...

I would like to inform the general public about the quality of beds sold at Deals direct.i have never seen such shady product on the market before. Then the battens are in 2 pieces of such cheap plastic like material there is no proper instructions to put them together. I was been told that I can't return or get refund even in after days of purchase saying that i have already opened the item when it wasn't even fully opened, Please save yourself the embarrassment and disappointment and more importantly your hard earned dollar.quality wise is a scam.

Bought some dishes on Sunday. It says on the shelf not to open as stuffs are checked by staffs. When we opened our boxes today noticed handles are broken for the casserole dish. Called deal's direct and they are not accepting to take the products saying it could have been damaged while taking it home. Very unprofessional and reaping customers.
