Disappointing product and an unsatisfactory response

I contacted Deal Finds because I was unhappy with the jogger set I received and wanted to return it for a refund. After a delayed reply, they offered me 50% off a future order and said I could keep the set. That does nothing to resolve the problem with this order.

I’ve asked them for return instructions and a full refund to my original payment method. I’m still waiting for them to confirm how they’ll handle it. Based on my experience so far, I’m disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

Deal finders app is very good to get all the discounts at one place for all type of shopping. Definitely will refer to all other friends and new users. I purchased multiple products from.this group.
