My Xmas tree is really bad quality. I requested to return it for a refund and I still haven’t had a resolution to the situation. Terrible product. Terrible service.

For order ORDER #DEALSMATE-9910648110 I was informed notification of delivery would be in 1-3 Business days. 6 days later and company were not able to resolve. Getting a refund was well supported and quickly achieved.

An absolute disgraceful condition of the mirror purchased. Asked for a refund or replacement and was only offered $6 for a $58 product or replacement parts.
The 2nd mirror was sent and again a total mess with mirror not stuck in frame, glue over frame and gunk over mirror. Never dealing with this company again.

We bought a three seater sofa, it’s a completely useless sofa which doesn’t assemble properly, waste of money and waste of time. Very very disappointed.it’s like a kids sofa, faulty piece. Asked for refund but they offered us a partial refund or replacement of parts.

I found some outdoor furniture on the Dealsmate site for $299, it looked interesting. I needed to put in my info to find out delivery price. It was $420!!!! Naturally I pulled out. I have been spammed by robot emails from this company.
Avoid this company!!!

Still waiting for delivery although have found out today it has been dropped off at service station in st Arnaud. No advice to say it had been delivered and no phone call as number was not on package....time to get a new courier

Absolutely dreadful . After a month still waiting … no confirmation of order receipt after complaining you a chasing wrong order to wrong person to wrong address . Still trying to get a correct response worst online experience ever

Purchased a garden arch and a 4 metre garden bed. Happy with both purchases. Would recommend both products.

The quality is not there, too many scratches and cracks

I'm gobsmacked by the quality of the hotplate we received for the price. We have owned a few, including Miele and so far we are extremely happy. It's even quieter then our last one! It can be a bit temperamental with some pot sizes but I'm yet to have all 5 hotplates occupied at once so can easily switch between zones.

Good one, cheap, fast deliver

Still waiting for 2nd delivery if my article that they are replacing. Courier company said they came to deliver & no one hone. Which is so untrue, someone is home 24/7

Hello initial contact with you was very good easy to order product and emails sent from you were good but my product the cat tower is very disappointing the base of the tower is too small so when the cats pop onto the tower it topples over and the small hammock section is weak and when my cat went to sleep in it it has bent and my cat is not that heavy
I have previously bought towers elsewhere for half the price from elsewhere that have been a lot more sturdy
