Fantastic experience with Deanta, ordered my doors on Monday delivery was arranged for Wednesday and got an email to say they would be delivered between 10 and 12 and the driver phoned to say he was 5 minutes away. Very friendly delivery driver.

Your driver went over & beyond what I expected him to do, he singly handed carrier all 15 of my solid Oak doors into my garage for me…. A big credit to the company!!

Clive, our delivery driver
Our delivery driver, Clive, was excellent. Our house is not easy to find and although the satnav directed him a mile down the road he used his common sense.
The delivery spot was quick but not a lot of notification given. It all worked well for me though.

They were really helpful with my actual order, arrived sooner than thought and the best bit, they use a genuinely friendly and polite delivery driver. Who knew they were still a thing.

Once the order was placed Deanta…
Once the order was placed Deanta delivery was great.
The driver was polite helpful and caring I cant praise him enough.
The doors are well made just fitted one at the moment with 6 to go, the oak Prefinshed doors are really nice.
I would definitely use Deanta again.

Delivered on time, and the email updates included a link to a web page that showed where your driver was so you could meet them - which is really helpful when you live somewhere that’s hard to find - so many delivery drivers drive straight past my place. The driver was helpful too. Top job.

Good communication throughout delivery and arrived at the precise time stated. Good tracking app. Driver was polite and respectful of property.
The doors are amazing and well worth the slight wait we had for one. Look extremely good quality and I can’t wait for them to be fitted

Never come across anything like it was…
Never come across anything like it was informed of delivery week 1 had people there to assist never turned up although given a 2 hour slot no phone call no nothing when we then contacted the supplier who we bought from was informed they a]had tried to deliver and taken photo of the front door when we asked for the photo of our door we never received and never phoned the number we provided and a second attempt to deliver would be charged as first delivery failed we got a date and time while we was waiting we noticed 1 of there vans going up the next street so it was raining upt my boots on and a jacket by the time I got to the street there was no sign of the van when we looked into this is not only seems they tried to deliver not only to the wrong house they even got the post code wrong the slot time came and went 2 hours after the end of the time slot we finally started to get some answers the driver will be with you in half an hour this now is 2 and a half hours after the time slot had expired no message or phone call to apologise had to take 1/2 of work for this delivery when the first delivery was not attempted to the correct address if it would have been delivered to the correct address it would have not cost me 1/2 wagers even the time was after 4pm I could have done my shift I would not like to think these as a confident courier delivering for my company very poor just no truth in what they tell you
