I would stay away.
Their website states their DearFilter brand water filter is NSF 42 certified. that might have been true but what we received was a NEARFilter with no NSF certification marking on it. I asked for a refund but was told they "do not recommend a refund" as "package won't be accepted if it comes back damaged" and they offered me 25% back instead. I thought that was a very odd. I plan on getting back 25% and cutting my losses.

I did my usual purchase of 4 filters…
I did my usual purchase of 4 filters for a refrigerator that I have had for years. As luck would have it, shortly after my new filters arrived, my refrigerator quit working. The Customer support team made it soooo easy to purchase the correct filters for my new refrigerator. I will definitely recommend Dear Filter to friends and family. Thank you Dear Filter!

Defective Filter that cost me $50 Plus $125 for a Service Call
The last one of these I bought was apparently defective because my water and ice maker stopped working. When I called out the Whirlpool service rep they said that the filter I had just installed was defective and had to replace the filter with a new one. The service appointment cost $125. With that and the cost of this over priced filter, it cost me $175 plus wasting my time waiting for service. I would buy another brand if one is available.

The order I place for water filters for…Whirlpool refrigerator
The order I placed for water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator came in a very reasonable amount of time and the price for the three filters was exceptional. It was the best price I had seen anywhere online. The personal approach of writing me an email to make sure I received my order was something I had never experienced before. Kudos to Dearfilter!
