Scam. Don't purchase anything. I received the wrong item and they did nothing to fix it. Then they started ignoring my emails. I went to the better business bureau and they did nothing either because debenhomes claimed they were out of business which is a lie because they still have a running website. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DEBENHOMES!!

I received cutting board 31 days after I ordered it. To my surprise no containers came with it. The enclosed info sheet said the containers were enclosed. I email company and they told me they were not included. They offered me a 10% discount but it wouldn't have done any good because they don't even sell the containers. Their return policy said no refunds after 60 days from sale. The product wouldn't have reached them on time. If it would have someone still had to ok it to be refunded. Don't order from this company. Very poor customer service.

I'm having the same issue as many of you. I bought the cutting board and received that and no containers. They tried to tell me they weren't included but offered a refund to return at my expense. As you know they are in IRE so that isn't worth the $60.00 I spend. I sent numerous emails without response so I decided to dispute it with my credit card company. Unbelievable it took two months to get this poorly made cutting board. Terrible experience I would highly recommend staying away from this company.

Ordered a cutting board that said it would arrive by Christmas. Didn't arrive until the end of December. The item was short a number of the pieces that were supposed to come. They tried to tell me those items didn't come with it even though the packing list showed it should be been included. They offered to refund my money if I sent it back, however they are in Ireland and I would have to pay shipping. So many people leaving reviews were scammed like me. My advice, do not do business with these guys. Just look at BBB and you'll see all of the complaints. Never again.

Do not order anything from this company! I wish there was a lower score than a 1. My husband bought me a cutting board system for Christmas, which showed up in mid January. When received it was disappointing. It was thin with wires for the containers which were not in the package. As I am fighting with this company to get the money back as they “did not receive it” I realized that many others had the same experience. The advertising was misleading and the customer service is horrid. They do not have a phone # so everything is through email, which they do not answer timely. This company should be out of business for misleading customers with no intent to rectify their problems. Do not order anything from this company!

We ordered a cutting board with containers. The cutting board arrived but not the "boxes"/ containers. Same thing as the previous review- customer service is telling us that the containers are not included. If you look on their website under product specifications and package content it clearly states that they ARE included. In addition to the insert that comes with the cutting board it states that they are included. The cutting board itself is cheap and not worth the money spent but I think a fair price with containers for the "system" but why would you want this if you don't have the containers?

We ordered a cutting board with containers. Received just the cutting board. Customer service is trying to tell us that the containers are not included. However, their flyer that comes with the cutting board clearly states what's inside the package! We even sent them a picture of the flyer. Why on earth would we buy something that everything isn't included!!! Will not buy another product nor recommend this company to anyone!!!

The website states estimated delivery between 7-10 business days.
I received my package over 20 days later. Customer service later explained the policy is between 3-28 days.

It was a very disappointing experience.

The Item was VERY cheaply made. I am sure with continual use will break or wear down within weeks or months.

I do not trust this website or company. It is deceiving and cheap and not worth the money. IF you're looking for good quality items.

Bought ring watch from Debenhomes Site..Arrived and was NOT even close to the Picture they have on their site. Arrived in Pices..NO WAY it had any LED Function.Just Cheap Metal..
