I had phoned because I was in deep stress about the amount of debt I was in and I had called Nucleus looking for guidance and help. Luckily I had been phoned by a wonderful lady who spoke to me after filling in the form, while she was being very understanding and patient even though it was coming to the end of her shift, her name was Kalpamayee! Honestly with her help I am now feeling much calmer and all my thanks and regards to her.

Ms. Bisola Alase-Walford is an exceptional and customer - oriented Adviser at the Brent Citizens' Advice Bureau !!! Every time l have been to her office to seek advice, guidance and support about different aspects especially Money and/or Debt advice, she has always been so helpful! Despite the heavy workload, she does create the time to identify one's needs at the outset and then finds appropriate solutions to him or her. I'm very happy and impressed indeed with her excellent Customer service and Problem - solving skills !!!!!!
