DebtTrace supplied me with the information within 24 hours. Initially the new address did'nt seem right. However James the MD called me and very carefully explained their process. DebtTrace is CHEAP but misleading Promise statements
DebtTrace do offer cheap employer trace but confirmed information I already provided myself whereas employer says they have left months ago.
Then DebtTrace send an email, Got Questions? Talk To Support. When you Email Support they contradict themselves saying its not offered due the trace being CHEAP!
Then DebtTrace have the audacity to ask for a 5 Star review saying that they PROMISE to rectify to Full Satisfaction -
EDIT after my 1st 3 star rating i promptly got a phone call and another Result outcome

Good price fast results

Resolved an initial problem.
I had a problem,with the trace they did, but after being contacted by their customer services, they resolved the problem, and I am very happy with the outcome.
I would recommend them as a very good and reliable company. Well worth using, and I would definitely now use again.

If you ever have an issue with a supplied address you can request we recheck the supplied information on a free of charge basis (premium searches) here

Also basic & standard searches can also use this recheck for a small admin fee.
DebtTrace® is a automated information supply service, the information is normally highly accurate and is blended with multiple sources of data including the multiple UK Credit Agency sources with manual oversight.
We do offer this recheck facility for customers peace of mind to double check a supplied address.
Importantly - If on recheck we cannot supply an updated address and indeed the supplied address seems incorrect we will of course refund you in full so well worth rechecking if required.
