“Thin blue line” crossed the line for me.

Didn’t place an order, but when receiving their “Product sample” packet, the brief brochure displayed a specific advertisement being able to order a “Thin Blue Line” sticker in the shape of my state. They don’t offer that many products, for this to be the only specific pre-designed product offered was surprising. This is a really politically loaded and controversial thing to be advertising in your promotional materials. Considering this has become synonymous with White Nationalism and Neo-nazis, I found it to be quite offensive. Keep your politics out of the sticker business please. Not at all surprised at the negative reviews here.

Complete lack of customer service

Complete lack of customer service. I contacted them via email after placing my order, in which a proof would never load. I made sure to request a proof, and also had not noticed a place where I could submit a different delivery address. I included that as well, but was informed that they could not change it. That's ridiculous! I have asked that they canceled the order, but they are forcing it through regardless. And then they emailed and said they "could" change the address if I wanted to pay an extra $20! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Definitely would not recommend these guys. Matt was very rude and not helpful at all with my order. Couldn’t make it how I ordered and changed total from 108& to 166$ then wouldn’t cancel my order. Was told it was on hold and a manager would call. Matt called after I seen they took my my money out and no manger ever contacted me about until I emailed another 3 times and messaged their Facebook. He wouldn’t give any help other than store credit. So instead of contacting me to cancel my order they just sent it through and then contacted me when it couldn’t be canceled and changed an extra 46$ from original total.

If I could leave no stars, I would.

Worst decals I've ever received. MATT GREGERSEN, the Customer Service Manager is argumentative and dismissive. I ordered 4 decals, they arrived stretched around a tube because "they've had problems in the past." When flattened they were stretched out, wrinkled and some of the letters like E had crooked center lines. I attempted to apply 2 decals 2 different times and they were flimsy and low quality. I have dozens of similar decals from other companies all over my equipment and I have never had a problem with application. Also, the vinyl, although matte black, had a white line on the edge. I had to peel them off and throw them away. They refused a refund and only offered store credit. If you need decals, avoid this place and try stickermule. I've gotten a bunch of high quality decals from them and their customer service is excellent. Never had a problem. Good luck!

Was working with Paige on a decal

Was working with Paige on a decal. She misunderstood my order so she reached out by phone & email to confirm the details. Very nice & she even took notes to be sure. Got the logo 2 weeks later & it was wrong. Called Paige back directly as she’s who reached out to confirm before even placing an order. She agreed, it was the wrong color after looking at the proof I sent. She directed me to fill out a form & stated a manager would reach out. He did, be email. He literally let my phone rang once & hung up. This was Matt. He didn’t let me talk, he talked over me trying to explain policies. I explained to him that Paige had already explained it & even took the blame for the mishap even though she did everything to rectify. Not Matt, he said it was my fault and I’d have to pay a fee to get the correct logo. He then sent an email and passed me off to someone else. Or before asking for another payment again. Horrible customer service & I still have the wrong sign. If you’re in AZ, shop with Moonlight Mike Signs. Much more helpful and professional. This is a company who clearly doesn’t care about anything but their bottom line & bonuses.

I recently placed a small order

I recently placed a small order. ($20) I uploaded my design, credit card was processed... a couple hours later I receive an email saying that if I want what I selected and paid for, I need to provide a vector file or they will gladly do it for $35. whether I could or could not send one, that information should have been provided before they processed my payment.

Surprise Fees

I had to pay an additional $15 to have my pictured saved as a vector file. I didn't really have a problem with that because it saved time in having my wife do it in Adobe Photoshop. However, once I paid for the vector file I was informed that I cannot have it for my future use unless I give them an additional $100. This was not told to me ahead of time and I could have gotten the vector file somewhere else for much cheaper than $115. The sales person said that I could use it without charge if I purchased future products from them. No thank you if that is how you run your business. The end product arrived undamaged and in good time but the material was thin and cheaply made. The letters were partially detached from the backing paper and the glue was dried out in spots so I had to use additional glue.

I ordered a silver decal through them it came looking like a gray sticker. Contacted customer service and had a very unpleasant conversation with them refusing to accept the return and shipping costs

Extremely High Quality Signs

The Associates were very Friendly, When I sent the Design in it was in the wrong format. Decals .com had their Graphics Department re-do the Sign in a format they could use, and they didn't charge Me extra! The Quality of the Materials they used and the Brilliant Glow at Night Colors were Fantastic!
I have used companies that advertise on TV a lot as Fast, I needed High Quality and Fast and Decals.com did both in less the 1 week! I would Highly Recommend them to anyone who wants to make a great first impression for their Business.
