Stay clear, they are all over you and your best friend, until you want to talk about selling your holdings, then you get ghosted like you no longer exist or matter to them.
I invested in a barrel just under 2 years ago (June 2024) and then further investments in some wine. Current portfolio is 4.132GB, not a fortune I admit. My circumstances have changed and I have moved country. I contacted Decant and asked to sell my investments, even at a loss, as I need to close all of my finical obligations in the UK, this is the only one I have now outstanding.
Those of you who have not yet dealt with this company, let me warn you. When I first contacting them about testing the water investing in Whiskey, I literally had 2 calls and emails a week offering the next big return on sone new limited stock they have just got in and it's selling fast. I must have been lucky because ever time I got the call they only had 1 or 2 barrels left and would absolutely sell out before the end of the week. I did yield and put my money down. After that they still called offering this and that and 10-20% return if I was willing to buy there and then on the phone. I had to ask them to stop calling as it was getting embarrassing to hear the same drivel by a polished car sales man every time.

Since first asking them to sell my investments (1 Barrel, 15 bottles of wine and 1 bottle of a limited edition 2009 whiskey) they have replied to one of my emails 3 weeks ago, since then no one has got back to be.

After reading over reviews, I fear we are going to end up having to take legal action via the small claims court.

PLEASE DO NOT "INVEST" WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
