I purchased a pair of speakers from this company on 13/01/26, and on the 14/01/26 they cancelled the order and refunded my money, stating to e bay, that there was a problem with my address, when in actual fact, the reason they cancelled the order,was because, in their own words in an e mail to me, it was going to cost more than they thought, to send them to me, I live in uk mainland, I’m sure this was a breach of contract at least, as they had accepted my payment, in full, for the advertised price.i am annoyed to say the least, and I would advise anyone not to do business with this company, despite their glossy write up.

Ordered replacement from them on their eBay.
After 10 days my item hasn't arrived. I opened a case for a refund.
Difficult to get any response from the seller.
It's already 20 days after purchase, no motor, no replacement, no refund.
He hasn't got any in stock and just to collect money from eBay mark item as dispatched. But the item was never scanned on the post office and never been sent.
That's a fraud.
Everyone should keep away from them.
