Decorexi is simply a wonderful treasure trove of unusual pieces and is always my 'go to' for that something different - and Trish & Lin never fail to deliver - literally! I've had some beautiful pieces over the years and yet again just last week I found the exact mirror that I've pictured in my head! Can't wait to put it in place! Decorexi is where you'll always find that one piece that completes your 'look'!!! Love it! x

INCREDIBLE! What an experience. I spotted this store from a mile away, and instantly knew I’d be leaving with something special. The moment I walked in, it felt like a “ta-da” reveal—pure magic.

Everything about it felt like home: the style, the atmosphere, even the way it seemed to have its own signature scent. It’s exactly how I want my own space to look and feel. I was completely in awe the entire time—eyes wide, taking in every detail from the ceilings to the walls.
I’m getting goosebumps just writing this. Honestly, I wanted to buy everything on the spot, but I didn’t quite come prepared for that level of indulgence! Next time, I’m coming back with a van… and no hesitation.

Bought the most gorgeous bell jar ceiling light which was reduced to £75.00. It looks absolutely amazing in the hall. The staff are so lovely and helpful. All of the stock in the Chiswick store is beautiful, I will definitely be back.

My second purchase of a chandelier from Decorexi and I am, yet again, very pleased with it. I had looked in various shops and online, but when I looked in Decorexi I was able to see the quality of the crystal which I think is superior to a lot of others on the market. Their pricing is very competitive and I received excellent personal service and advice from Lynn.

Fantastic customer service - the lampshade was exactly as described unfortunately it arrived with a number of dents (not a good look for a silk lampshade). Lin was outstanding and arrange a replacement which arrived just after the Easter break in pristine condition. Amazing product and exceptional customer service - would definitely recommend and use again

Firstly, I was delighted that my beautiful Pomeranian was welcome in the shop. Decorexi is the most beautiful shop which can easily become very addictive. I love it sooooo much. It's absolutely impossible to go out of that shop without purchasing an item. Their items appear to be carefully chosen with gift ideas for everyone!! I felt very welcome and would understand why anyone would want to meet the shop assistant again as she's so sweet and approachable. I'll be back for sure.

I orded 2 chérubins they came in a short time, well packaged. They shop kept me update and called me when they were in the shop to collect.
