I so wished that I’d ordered from a reputable company. This has been an ongoing struggle.
Trying to communicate via email… days go by no answer… then they give you 5days to return
An item .They demand you return it “very large:Heavy item..FEDX or UPS. That’s is Not how they shipped it to me. The packaging was in tatters.. not reusable. Lesson Learned

Damaged goods. Low quality and reject sellers.
There IS NOT any customer service. They answer calls BUT NEVER resolve your issue.
Promises that will not be kept and they are well aware of it.
I bought two glass top tables in good faith. They are arrive very late. Two glass table tops completely shattered in piece. I send pictures and video of damages goods and shattered glass. To this date the have not sent the promised replacement glass.
Everytime I complain to get my glass or partial refund to buy the glass the say it is on its way but never give me the tracking they promise.

I told them I will dispute with the credit card company the guy named Roy laughed and said good luck go ahead see if you win.

DO Not Buy at Decorprice.

Horrible service! BUYER BEWARE!

I placed an order January 6 at 8:15 AM. I immediately needed to cancel the order but had to wait until 9 AM for confirmation. After speaking to someone I got an email response an hour later at 10 AM saying that the cancellation and refund had been sent.. three days later I followed up to find that they in fact shipped them and I was told I need to pay for these large lamps to be shipped back. It is now February 11 and I have yet to have a response since January 30 from this company. I spoke to somebody on the phone today that told me I needed to process the refund through their website which I did however, I still have no idea how to send these lamps back to the manufacturer as they say all while I am out $900. Not at all helpful on the phone, email responses have been nonexistent for the past two weeks. I was told over the phone tonight that they sent me an email on February 4 which is nowhere to be found and yet have another call in and multiple emails to try and resolve with this company. I wish I would have seen all the poor reviews beforehand. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience

My experience with DecorPrice.com was awful from start to finish.

Customer service was incredibly rude—representatives constantly interrupted me and spoke in a dismissive, argumentative tone instead of trying to help. Communication was very difficult, and it was often hard to clearly understand responses, which only made resolving issues more frustrating.

Phone wait times were excessively long, and once I finally reached someone, they were uncooperative and unwilling to work toward any solution. Rather than assisting, they argued and talked over me.

Shipping was also extremely slow, far beyond what was advertised, with no helpful updates or accountability.

Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would never recommend DecorPrice.com and will absolutely never purchase from them again.

Buyer Beware!!!!

What a scam! Abbreviated version, bought 2 new ceiling fans early January, so I thought. 1st one was an open box item, all parts out of the protective coverings, accessories bag open, wires used etc. Website FAQ stated they do not sell open box items and when I inquired, was pretty much dismissed. 2nd one was supposed to have seeded glass lamp globes, which is what I searched on. Fan arrived with clear glass. Contacted manufacturer Hunter to see if this was a mistake and they advised Decorprice has errors in the product description, item purchased only comes in clear glass. OK, fine.....initiated contact with Decorprice for a second time for resolution, actually multiple times via their Contact Us page, email, phone and simply received the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Roy, apparently a one person show, is the gate keeper, rude as all hell, dismissive, makes no attempt to follow-up after advising he would look into it the matter. At one point, Roy acknowledged the website was incorrect and would have the back office correct the error - cool, did not happen. Roy asked me for photos and I prompley sent. Today, 3 weeks later, he is asking me to send photos, do-loop initiated. When I asked for a pre-paid shipping label to return the items, was told I would have to return them at my expense - so good for hassle free returns policy per their website. To be fair, they seem to be purposefully vague in their return policy that the customer is responsible for all returns - I feel it reads like the would send a hassle free shipping label - wrong! Because shipping would be very expensive for 2 large box items, I offered to keep the two fans if in good faith, they would offer a cost adjustment due to 1) open box, not new and 2) wrong product based on website description. Again, advised by Roy, he would look into it and get back to me - he never responded. Really, shame on me. Had I researched this company on the BBB or sites like Trustpilot, I would have probably shopped elsewhere. There seems to be countless scenarios like mine - pretty sad actually. While I will probably never see those funds again, I did my part and filed a complaint with the NJ BBB and initiated a dispute with my CC company. I tried, in good faith, to resolve this favorably - Unfortunately, I became another victim of this companies unethical business practices and tactics. Buyer beware friends, if the price seems to good to be true, there are probably some strings or hoops attached - at least is the case in my experience. Thanks Decorprice and Roy for making me a more aware online shopper!!!!

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!! Horrible return policy. Have been chasing them for two weeks for a broken fan to get a return label. Now I need to return another item and exchange a fan and they do NOT respond to emails, are rude on the phone and do NOT deliver on their words. It’s like they are making it impossible to return items.

Don't order from this company!

The website says these lamps are in stock, and usually ship 2 business days later. I placed my order on Friday, December 12th; Pay Pal payment was made the same day. I called on Thursday December 18th to ask when the lamps would ship, and was told that they were in shipping and should ship Friday the 19th. I called on Monday December 22nd, and was told that the lamps shipped, and I should receive a shipment tracking number that evening. I called December 23rd, since my account still showed the order as "Processing" (not shipped), and was told that the lamps were in shipping, and should ship the next day. It had now been 12 days since the order was placed and payment was made for these lamps. I requested cancellation of the order, and a refund. Very poor customer service. Update: After I requested on December 24th that they NOT ship my lamps (and they provide a refund), they ghosted me, then shipped the lamps on December 29th, which was 17 days after they took my order when the website showed the lamps as in stock and should ship in 2 days. I requested PayPal assistance on the 24th, but they denied my claim once the shipment was made. Such a horrible experience. Roy was the person's name who I spoke with at Decor Price. He is rude and lied more than once. Steer clear from this place; pay a little more elsewhere to avoid extreme ulcers and frustration. I ended up ordering from Lamps Plus; they shipped my order the same day!

They stole money from me intentionally

They stole money from me intentionally. I ordered 4 lights, they shipped two, then copied the tracking from the two and copied it into an email for the second pair of lights. Manufacturer confirmed they only ever ordered the first two lights. They refuse to refund me and were aggressive about it.

VERY Expensive return shipping

I received the lighting fixture I ordered only to find it was way too big. Also looked cheap for a $900 chandelier. Three emails to them to ask for return shipping instructions. you can only ship FEDEX or UPS and the least expensive option was $217! I emailed to see if I could purchase a return shipping label from them as I am sure that is not what it cost to ship the light to me. No reply so I either have to accept a $217 loss or keep a lamp that is not what I wanted.

Items over a month late. Return is nearly impossible.

They sent the items over a month later than promised. After along delay and email contact they lied about shipping the items next week. I went to vacation and could not check. Eventually they shipped over a month late. Ihad to return the items because they were not a good fit. The return is made impossible. They first said I could only return 1 of the items. But I had to return 3. They kept asking the same question - please confirm that you want to return. I kept confirming, they kepts asking, as if making a fool out of me. Eventually they said I can ship them back, they would charge 25% restocking fee and they said the items had be delivered to their warehouse within 5 days of that email.

Return policy not honored

Items purchased stated they could be returned if not satisfied. Website offers 'EZ No Hassle Returns Policy'. They do not honor the return policy. Emails go unanswered. Customer service is horrible.

All the other bad reviews are TRUE! They DO NOT ship the item. I called them several times over several days and always get the same answer 'you'll get the tracking info tomorrow'. They are nothing but liars. Avoid these crooks!!

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Placed an order for several lights which the site said it would have on hand or ship in two days. A week passed and I hadn’t heard anything. Their customer service rep (“Roy Roy”?) said he would update me when it shipped, sort of ignoring the fact that it should have already arrived. A shipment notification came a day or two later. After a week, the tracking number was just for a created label. I asked for my order to be cancelled, twice, after waiting over two weeks and nothing shipping. They ceased all contact and I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I was able to get my money back through a chargeback. Avoid these scammers at all costs!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!.. ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!… trying to cancel an order that hasn’t arrived and they are telling me I can’t- opening up a credit card dispute with this company….

UPDATE- after emailing them and posting this review I immediately received my merchandise (ceiling fan) within the week… it took almost 3 weeks to receive it… it was very scary but the merchandise came in an original box in good shape and item looks brand new… it is a spare so if it works or not is yet to be determined…
To get 15%-25% off online competitive prices- I do not need the stress- my non recommendation still stands…
