The rug I received is horrible
The rug I received is horrible. There are lines that are off in the fiber. Looks like when strands are pulled out. I would never send this out to a customer, especially when thw issue is so obvious. I havebought way cheaper rugs that were much better than the on I received from your company. Very disappointed.

I was a little skeptical of this site at first. I did some research and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did.
