Product was delivered in box. Flowers were smashed.

Still waiting!
Ordered long before Christmas and still waiting. Can’t get hold of them to find out when they will deliver. Very disappointed as have ordered vase and flowers previously and was very happy with them but would not trust them now

If I could give no stars I would! After not receiving my parcel for 3 weeks I tried to contact the site. I was unable to email, they stated it had it be a live chat but I wasn’t able to contact anyone. After almost 5 weeks of not getting hold of anyone, I ended up putting in a claim through PayPal to cancel the order. That was a week ago and then today the vase arrived, completely smashed into a thousand pieces, wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap and in a plastic bag. Terrible service, communication and product.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
TOTALLY A SCAM! And the PRODUCTS ARE TERRIBLE IF THEY DO ARRIVE and DO NOT WORK!

AVOID!!! At all costs. Just like other customer reviews, I ordered my black vase nearly a month ago now. It’s not even been shipped yet!!!! I emailed asking where on earth it is, I got an automated reply saying I need to do a live chat. I would if I could get someone to chat with!!! List £35 I suspect! They need to be shut down!!!

It seems very obvious that there is a common theme here!!! I ordered as well, I saw them on Instagram and they looked great. I finally did receive the night lights and they are cheap looking and do not turn off. I found similar ones on Amazon for $30 CAD if not the exact same ones. "Decovasse" is probably ordering them from there and sending them to their customers. I like to think that I am pretty savvy when it comes to ordering things from online ads but like my husband said, I think you got taken!!! Truly an example of Buyer Beware!!! I have learned my lesson, shame on you Decovasse........

I did receive my order of the lights after about 2 weeks, however the lights DO NOT ever turn off. They stay on all day and all night. The dimmer switch works and they do look nice but on all the time and NO response from the company after i emailed and contacted them by messenger. Very disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I have waited over a month and have received no tracking and no product. I have tried to reach out multiple times. I got a response last week to say if it was not shipped in a week they would issue a refund and now nothing. I can get no response. Total scammers. Horrible. Someone needs to shut the site down.

I am truely disgusted with this company - I ordered something exactly 1 month ago - it says it has not been shipped yet - and I am unable to get in touch with the company via the email provided !!!!

This company basically has ZERO customer service. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM. They don’t answer emails, but they send them. The last email asked me if I had opened the box yet? I’d love to open a box, but the tracking info doesn’t update and the order has never been delivered. Next, I received an email that said they’ve moved their customer service to Live Chat. But, no one acknowledges or is there for the Live Chat. I’m truly frustrated.
