Deed Poll Office Opiniones

They were so efficient, and so fast. You have to experience it for yourself. I put my order in on a Friday, and I stupidly filed some parts incorrectly, I emailed them as soon as I realised my mistakes and by Saturday I already received a reply and corrections, by Sunday, the whole problem was resolved (would have been sooner but I didn't expect them to reply so soon so I didn't check my emails till the next day). Monday my application was processed and I received my deed poll on Wednesday. I don't know if it was pure luck that I was able to have someone email me over the weekend or maybe they are just a 7-day-a-week establishment, but either way, it was a pleasant surprise and everything was straightened out so efficiently. They even managed to give me information when I asked them where to get a solicitor (witness) from. Very very helpful indeed (poll) hhhhh. Brilliant and unintentional pun aside, this was a good time, highly recommend them, cheers

Very easy to order online and arrived quickly

Had a really easy experience from start to finish. Very quick and easy. Deeds came super fast with thorough instructions. Currently I haven’t used them for passports but I’m not foreseeing any issues. Grateful for the letters that came with the deeds to use as well, it took the burden of drafting cover letters off me. Very happy.

Brilliant service - no issues at all. Very good communication and reasonably priced. My son is now using his new name and we have had no problems. Would recommend.

Having never used this service before and feeling nervous, the portal was super easy to use and guided us through the process so easily. Would highly recommend to anyone considering doing this alone. Once completed the paperwork arrived super quick with easy to follow instructions for completion and use.

My deed poll documents arrived just as promised but most especially the text message received to acknowledge payment was fantastic as it gave me peace of mind and assurance that I was dealing with genuine people.
Yes, I will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

Excellent service! great communication. spoke to a lady over the phone and she was very helpful.

It was a very simple process, I thought there must be a catch. But no, an extremely helpful site which explained everything. Documentation arrived promptly. Great, thank you.

This was an exceptional easy process. Very very simple.

Made my life easy.

Would recommend to everyone
Perfect job.
Well done deed poll office.

Very fast response, I received my documents in 4 days. The website that I filled in application form on was easy to navigate through and to understand.

Absolutely Amazing, I needed advice and help with the application, it was done and dusted within two weeks of applying, Totally Trustworthy, and let u know where your at at every step through the Process, It's so easy, all through email, and not expensive either, get about 7 copies of your documents as you will need.them to send off..better.get.them now than later and pay for the safe place to keep your details safe, Absolutely do it, so worth it xxx

Excellent, paid for my name change as I got married in August and didn't want to let my marriage certificate go to companies that have little to no respect for other peoples documents. Deed certificates and helpful paperwork arrived quickly, easy to complete and send off to companies. Turns out it was a good move doing this as already some of the certificates are coming back in a worse state than they was posted out so well worth the money changing my surname and would fully recommend this service.

Got exactly what I paid for with easy to understand instructions and information

This is the most straightforward application I have ever made. They are so helpful and really speedy delivery. If your thinking about getting a deed poll then go with these guys it will be accepted by all officials

Superb customer service.
I was looking to do a name change and after a search decided that i liked the way the deed poll website explained and guided me through applying and using the deed certificate.
I completed the application form ( very easy to do) and made the payment ( which i found reasonable) on 25/09/23.
Deed poll kept me updated and completed the task within a day.
Royal mail messed up and i did not receive my deed. I contacted Deed poll even though they had posted the deed and sent a tracking number, they were very warm and professional . My email got responded to same day even though was a Sunday.
I followed it up with a phone call on Monday and the response could not have been better- she understood my concern and even sent out another copy.
I would gladly use this organisation again, i am super impressed.

I have never rated or given a review, but this service truly deserves it. The webpage is super informative and application process amazingly intuitive. In a matter of minutes, I had completed and submitted my application. I was kept up to date on timing and the deed poll was delivered exactly on time. I had requested next day delivery before 9am which was absolutely crucial and it was - everything correct and in the right number of copies.

Easy ordering via website. Fast delivery, items were here in a couple of days. Have now secured details so if I ever need more copies in the future it's even easier than this time round. Good value for money.

Easy step by step, hassle free and quick delivery.

Was quick and easy to sort it out and I think the price was really good, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to sort out their deed poll certificate. I got 10 copies too so I'm sorted for a long time and allows for any lost ones.

Thank you.

the deed poll office website explains very well everything in an easy way to understand. I have now managed to change bank accounts and my driving licence to my current name that i want to be called. I could not recommend them highly enough. Brilliant service
