NEVR BOOK THEIR EVENTS

By far and away the worst customer service I have EVER encountered.

I had purchased tickets for their festival in Croatia in error, which I explained to them several times. I informed them 5 days later to utilise my 14 day cooling off period.

I asked them for an amicable conclusion for both parties. They did not comply or offer a solution. They failed to even call me by my name when addressing me, ask me why I couldn’t attended and finally gave no alternative options, simply diverting me to an insurance that DOES NOT answer.

I purchased their third party insurance, which they promote, to cover in case of this eventuality, to which I have had no response from.

I offered to pay a sum to cancel the tickets. Their reply, ‘we don’t bend the rules.’ Disgraceful. They try to bully you.

They are a sorry excuse for a company and they have no human nature with their service.

I would urge absolutely nobody to book through this company, unless you intend on having no flexibility. Not even an offer to rearrange for another event a different time.

I know I won’t get a reply to this, but I can assure you I will continue to bring the companies name in to further disrepute.

It’s a real shame as I have been a long term customer of theirs. True colours were showed in this process.

Horrible experience
I made 6 orders yesterday (for different client’s gift) then I found that as UK delivery to EU will have tax i contacted them by email( because there is no phone) immediately asking cancel the orders then remake them sending first to me to deal with tax thing.
Then they try to win time firstly offering me that change dirección to all orders with make nonsense as all the orders have a 20euros delivery fee x 6 orders. I can pay once if I change to one direction.
Then they replied again when the orders have been shipped silently “if they should cancel them”
3 times playing as a fool to win time to not cancel the orders
Never come back again because you have no sense of dealing anything

Slow AF

Unfortunately, it's not a customer-oriented company. They have not been able to ship my order within one week, causing quite an inconvenience.

On their website, it states that it takes 2-4 days for the order to be processed, and we are currently at the end of the 4th day, yet the product has still not been dispatched.

They were quick in one aspect – within 5 minutes, they canceled my order and refunded my money, however, an apology would have probably been appreciated, and then I might not have written this review.

Unfortunately, it seems like it's the most common thing in the world for them not to fulfill something, and in such cases, they just refund the money. It's a very rude treatment of the customer.
