Service & products have fallen off a cliff in the last year, to the point I've switched supplier. Firstly orders were often not shipped until being chased multiple times, then often arrived late. After a few weeks this was revealed to be a cardboard shortage due to the pandemic.

They then offered 'unbranded' mailers with a shipping date. This went by with no updates, and on contacting they again blamed suppliers. When finally arriving 2 weeks late the quality was poor (for a higher price) and around 25% of the mailers split at the edges when folding and needed extra time & parcel tape to secure.

Another order also had 50 of their larger mailers, but only 46 turned up. Not a huge amount, but frustrating given the £0.75 unit price and numerous other issues.

Contacting them about the quality & missing product through their ticketing system was ignore multiple times.

Finally gave up and went with another supplier, which is a shame as their products are lower quality but at least they can get them here on time.

I'm sorry to see some reviewers have had poor service.
Personally I have been using defendapack for many years and I have always been very happy with the product and service.
I recently had an issue with an order. Daniel was polite, responsive and pro active in resolving the issue.
The product is good and helps me achieve 5 stars for packaging on Amazon and Ebay, so I'm very satisfied.

Called for a last minute order. In the face of tremendous difficulties in the supply chain (due to covid, Christmas and Brexit!) these guys pulled it out of the bag for me at the last minute. Chap on the phone knew his stuff and got me through the process, as well as next day delivery sorted in no time. Brilliant service!

Really good quality packaging, providing exactly what I need to run my business. If there are ever any problems with amount of available stock there is usually a solution with another product that they sell. Friendly customer service.

I ordered 250 C5 plus card backed Manila envelopes from Defendapack on Tuesday night and they arrived by courier at 8am on Friday morning. Excellently priced goods and fast, free delivery which made their prices even more competitive. Delighted with quality product and service and will definitely use Defendapack again.

terrible service! almost every order for the past 6 months has been wrong or not turned up! constantly saying they have not had the order! until given the payment details! then still fail to send the order out.
Wrong items arriving! orders short! lack of replies when a problem occurs! and to top it all they send me a photo from the courier showing the delivery! but the photo was 5 weeks old 9the date was on it) and not even at the address in question for the most request complaint!
We have since found another supplier and would seriously recommend those looking for a packaging supplier to go anywhere byt with these clowns!
Personally P45's should be getting issued over the last issue we have had!

Terrible experience. Waited in a whole day for their tubes. Phoned company and they said the order had not been placed. I then spent hours locally finding tubes and cutting them down to the right size. I later sent the company a screen shot of the order confirmation I managed to find. They then found the order and sent them out even though I told them I had had to buy tubes locally so no longer needed them. A neighbour signed for them as I had previously asked the whole block to look out for them. They didn’t reply to my email asking for a refund so I phoned them. Their response was that they expected me to carry all the heavy tubes a mile to the post office to return them. When I said I have chronic fatigue and can’t do this they hung up on me. Utterly disgusted with them. I don’t even have the necessary paperwork for my accountant.
