I am a legitimate business with a resale license and W9. I have been in the solar business for 35 years, NABCEP Certified since 2006 and they wouldn't sell me battery busbars I ordered online. The accounting person was more than obnoxious, saying I wasn't listed with some credit companies. I've always paid up front for everything I've ever ordered, many millions of dollars of equipment.
