Ordered a $400 bottle on Aug 5, 2025, shipped to the USA. It was sent with an incomplete address (confirmed by DHL — “address error, returned to sender”). After that, the seller ignored three follow-up emails and only replied months later, on Oct 15, after I flagged it with my bank, with a rude message refusing any solution.
They never resent the order or issued a refund, and my bank’s complaint case shows they’re still waiting for the seller’s response. Their email shows their unprofessional attitude and lack of accountability.
As a collector, I’ve bought from many shops — this has been the worst experience.
