The web site is easy to use and delivery is prompt. There are a number of useful videos to help you to choose colour combinations and how to apply the make up. Models are of all ages and this helps more mature customers like myself. As we age our skin changes, hair colour changes and we may need extra encouragement to explore those transitions. The products are cruelty free, paraben free. I use them every day.

I ordered the colour grace and I was sent a peachy colour that was not the same as the colour I had before. I sent an email but no reply. Very disappointed in customer service for an expensive lipstick.

My foundation arrived today,the colour was awful even though I did the quiz.tried the product coverage was not good and very streaky.
I have worked in the cosmetics industry and this is the worst foundation I have ever used.

Won’t settle into fine lines, pores and wrinkles…poppycock!…
I bought the Alibi The Perfect Cover Fluid Foundation after watching and reading all the hype about this product. Specifically ‘without settling into fine lines pores or wrinkles’. Nonsense. It managed to settle into mine. Each one of them. I applied this foundation immaculately paying particular attention to the Beauty and the Boutique tutorial. The foundation was cakey and uneven. I was advised by ‘Katie’ to dilute it with some moisturiser. I must not purchase this sort of thing untested. I am to be given a full refund.

Wonderful products and exceptional…
Wonderful products and exceptional customer service. I love Delilah foundation and it’s quite possibly the best I’ve ever used. Same goes for their other products. I had a problem with the brush i bought as it was shedding hairs. I contacted customer service about it and within 2 days I’d received a brand new replacement and advice on aftercare of brush. Couldn’t be happier with this wonderful company.

Lipstick was binned in seconds
I purchased a lipstick which went straight in the bin. The colour was dreadful ( light pink) , texture was greasy and moved off the lips. I’m going to stop buying off line as products like this are all marketing and no quality.

Great products & exceptional customer service
What great products and great customer service, they helped me when I inadvertently purchased the wrong shade and helped me remedy my problem. Thank you so much. I initially had bought several products from the counter at Fortnum and Mason and particularly love the eye pencil, the concealer and the Pure Light power, its lovely. I was also lucky to have the lady at the counter give me a make up lesson and show me the difference. Great products and great customer service, thank you.

Great brand and team
I had purchased 3 items from Delilah and decided that I wanted to change my brand of foundation to Delilah. I contacted customer service and with the shade that I was using. Helen replied promptly and suggested the correct shade for me and sent samples. Helen then suggested that saw Farah at Fortnum and Mason (I was there for a birthday Afternoon Tea) Farah was great and suggested products that I then purchased. The brand is great and the team are lovely. Delilah is now my brand! Thank you Helen and Farah!

Absolutely love this brand. Cruelty free and the products are beautiful. I use the Alibi foundation and they even sent me some smaller samples so I could find the right colour. Great customer service. 5 stars from me!
