Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely team at Delmar. They helped my husband and i sell our existing property and buy a larger property as our forever home. Michelle, Sylvia, Ana and patri are very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. The entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. My husband and i have used Delmar services many times, from arranging spanish wills, to declaring taxes. The Delmar team are 100% committed to providing an outstanding service.

All employees are very friendly and competent. The customer's wishes and ideas are taken into account as much as possible when selecting the properties. This saves unnecessary viewings.
The process is very professional. The company is trustworthy and highly recommended.

Michelle and the team are very knowledgeable , nothing is to much bother for them and I have always found them to go the extra mile to help.They are only too willing to convey any personal paperwork to the administration office which is difficult to access without transport. We bought our property in Tenerife through Delmar over 5 years ago. At the time Michelle and her staff could not have been more helpful.Lots of practical help and advice, then and subsequently.Know you are in safe hands if you have an issue to be dealt with on your behalf - like the postie, they will always deliver !

I went to several agents in the area but chose to buy my property through Delmar as they went that extra mile. They are so much more than estate agents as they are happy to walk people through the whole purchasing process. A trip to the lawyers and for me even a trip to a medical center there was always one of the girls available to accompany me. Its really reassuring as quite often a translator is essential. Multilingual, friendly and there to help. 5 stars without any doubt.

Three years ago we purchased our appartment from Delmar. Michelle and her team were fantastic from start to finish arranging everything for us. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty. The service doesn't stop there the after sale service is second to none always helpful when I pop into the office with any questions even if not related to the property. Michelle Sylvie and Emma are not just estate agents they are friends.
