Very poor customer service
Stable matts - Product faulty and fallen apart after very minimal use
Not interested in resolving
After speaking to them multiple times (sold through b&q) constantly advise they will ‘speak to the boss and get back to you’ but failed to do so after 7 days.
Advised they will refund to get you off the phone and then change their mind when asked to process the refund by B&Q.

Despite confirming before the order was made that they could deliver with specific instructions, the items never arrived. I couldn't get hold of them. Items were shipped back to them by courier but 2 months later they still haven't refunded the items. Nerve-racking customer service overloading you with their problems. Eventually they paid back 1/3, still fighting for the rest of my money.

Said in stock online then a few days later I got emailed to say I was being refunded due to no stock

The delivery and ordering was easy enough.
But when I called the company about the delivery he answered the phone without the business name so I had to ask if I was talking to deltamart and not very helpful.
Goods arrived fast and perfect for the job

Advertised free U.K. delivery and then requested delivery charges more than cost of mats, told me I needed mainland address as I live on an island so supplied address and delivery was going to be £80 so cancelled items

Easy to order the length of matting we required, with good delivery time.

Good quality product, just what we wanted. Prompt delivery by polite and helpful driver.

The only downside is that, contrary to the product description on the website, "smell & allergy free for humans..." - it stinks! We put it in the hallway and the whole house stinks of rubber! Hopefully it will diminish over time but this is the reason for the 3 star rating.

The driver turned up early as scheduled and she was very helpful in helping move the pallet into my garage. Great service would definitely recommend.

Ordered a single matt this time, the next day received a phone call to say the matt ordered was not in stock till September, and would I like an alternative, excellent Customer service. I have no worries regarding the quality of the matt on order as I have already had 14 matts all excellent quality.

Excellent service, was kept up to date by phone call when order was placed letting us know when to expect the order. Arrived when promised, by very helpful courier service. Ordered the gym / stable 6ft x 4 ft mats, which are as described and are ideal for the garage which being used as home gym, workshop and play area for the dogs. Really pleased with them and the company.

Deltamart weren’t great about communication, I had to chase them for information. I got a good product delivered to my door for a good price.
