Excellent and speedy customer service and delivery for a high quality product. Ordered over the phone and delivered to specification two days later.

4 months ago we purchased a super king sized Demko Greta bed with standard bed-systems and a DeLuxe – Junior mattress for our son. The bed had such a great impact on both of our sleep. It really can not be compared to other beds or mattresses. As their website says it perfectly supports the body and gives perfect support to the spine and it is unbeliveably comfortable at the same time. Before our Demko bed we both had neck and lower back pains, not major but from time to time it appeared again and again. I can happily confirm that since sleeping on Demko neither of us had any of the mentioned issues what so ever. Plus, we really wake up much more refreshed than ever before. 'The problem' is that you don't realise what a big difference your bed/sleep can make to your life until you sleep on the right bed. We also felt our previous mattresses comfortable and we thought the neck and back pain we had it is just part of life. Now we know that it is not and that mostly it was caused by the mattresses we used. We consider oursleves very lucky to have found Demko and having their bed. As per for the mattress, our son finds it perfectly comfortable and sleeps well. Top top quality products and top quality service, only can recommend it!

This review is for the bed system not just the mattress. I’ve had the bed about a month. I was previously (with my old bed) waking up every morning with a sore back. That’s gone now. I think on average I’m sleeping an hour longer. That’s a big deal, massive in fact. So I couldn’t be happier with my new bed. I bought the frame to go with it and the quality is top notch, better than the high street stores for the same money. In fact the whole bed was great value compared with a high quality mattress from the big brand names. Dealing with Tamas was an absolute joy and Demko is really a model for how all small companies should be run.

We have had a Demko mattress for a couple of weeks now and find it incredibly comfortable. The build quality is very good and excellent customer service. Tamas was extremely helpful and responsive and the turnaround time from ordering to receiving was very quick. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Demko. Top marks!!!

My teenaged daughter has unfortunately fallen very sick and her old, short sleigh bed and slats broke of the daily use and change.
It might have also been a bit cheap and worn by then.
This was THE chance to get her the ultimate comfort with a new bed as she spends about 23h per day in her bed. As I am originally from Austria, living in Australia, I was very familiar with slatted frame systems, whereas in Australia - at least where we are located - it is very common
(like in USA where we once lived) to have a hard, fix, flat base or some kind of not adjustable base and a very high mattress on top doing the job of the slats. Having said though, if my daughter wasn’t in need of an adjustable bed, we probably would have gone simply local and flat as I know a mattress brand I just adore and is Australian made, but their mattresses are not made for adjustable bed systems.

We needed something really good for her back, extended stay in bed and something making her more independent for sitting up.

I looked high and low what to get for my daughter and ended up at Demko system by sheer searching around on the internet, our own experiences and asking around at friends and lying on display models.

The Demko bed / RehaBed slat base is kind of ‘double’, I had never seen something like this before and the latex mattress still a nice thickness. I got really curious.
Then the options for frames and colours Demko offers, the beds looked decently made. We couldn’t look past the sleigh bed.

From the first moment getting in touch with the Demko customer service to discuss options and possibilities, I felt like, yes, we could do it from overseas and even if a problem arose, could solve it.
Every question was answered promptly, almost instantly, pictures for wood and varnish options sent back and forth, and I must have tired the poor customer service person out, yet he never failed to stay polite and be constructive and helpful.

As we couldn’t try it personally and I had my eye set on the system -so had my daughter on the sleigh bed look-, we bit the bullet ordering it from overseas and getting it into Australia with a shipping container, through quarantine etc to us.
The paperwork was just coming in and could get filled out as it came, there was nothing we had to consider, it just happened step by step and was contacted when needed, the shipping company contacted Demko and arranged all needs of packaging and forms and details.
Of course what it needs is: time and a tax here and a fee there.
Containers need to be filled before they get shipped, but it’s all within months and worth the wait.
Yet even with the shipping and taxes, the price was only slightly higher than the more and more available different electric bed options in Australia. Probably because they all get shipped in….
and the quality in my opinion is not comparable.

If someone ever built up a flat pack from any furniture house, then you can easily assemble this bed with your left hand.
If something was with the electric motor, was assured could sort it out.
But there was no problem.
It was delivered as told by the delivery company, no damages to the parts, the wood varnish was perfectly even.

I set up the bed with the easiest dowel system and oh my, was the quality of this sleigh bed good, there were so many details, curves, that were even not pictured on images, it was and is gorgeous. I was pleasantly surprised. This was a sleigh bed made with love we had not owned before.
We decided on beech for cheaper wood option than oak, of course the colour got a bit brighter than it would with oak, which is to be expected, we love it.
I clicked the motor in place and no, it did not work straight away and almost panicked, but just had to turn it off and reset, and voila, it worked, the signal flickered, the frame moved.
I was always scared if a bed system in power outage would get stuck in a sitting position and no, there is a battery compartment to bring it back to flat.

We have owned this bed now since 2018 and my daughter’s back pain disappeared! Her doctors are also very impressed and asked details of Demko.

It is also important especially with her medical condition, to know, if the back pain was caused due to prolonged stays in bed or due to her vascular compressions, that cause a lot of other havoc anyway, too.
Also it is very comfortable and working really fine, even I have to sit in her bed with her together at times, no slat has broken even this is surely not mean for that load and not recommended please.

No regrets, absolutely worth it for our best bed ever.

Looked through the UK market extensively to find a new mattress that didn't use harmful chemicals and is free of metal springs. This is the best option by far for those that don't want their health compromised while sleeping. 100% natural makes for deeper sleep, there's a wealth of scientific evidence now to prove this. Noticed the difference immediately. A necessary investment for sure.

We initially bought a DeluxeC mattress and it is wonderful and super comfortable. Ever since sleeping on it, never had any pains or complains whatsoever.
We have now just bought a second one DeluxeB for the another room and just awaiting for it to arrive.
The build quality seems great and there are no weird smells that you get with new mattresses.
The prices are very good compared to other organic mattresses you get out there.
Customer service (Tamas Forgo) is really good and helpful and we get prompt replies whenever we ask stuff.

We love our organic mattress from Demko. I have done a lot of research on beds and the quality of mattresses and organic beds and materials and Demko was the highest quality I could find. I am delighted with the product.

I bought the mattress for my daughter and after her first night she looked far more rested in the morning. When I laid on the mattress, I felt as if my spine was being gently adjusted, and my partner felt the same. The mattress felt firm and supportive but not hard at the same time. My daughter is really enjoying her mattress and can sit comfortably to watch TV and play video games on her bed too. My daughter has much less back pain and no neck pain now too. She finds it supportive and very comfortable.

Was unsure how I would take to lying so flat, but since using my Demko pillow, I have slept so well and my neck and back pain has much improved. I love my pillow so much I have bought more for other members of my family!

Return customer purchasing two more mattresses from Demko.
First order was flawless. The mattress was delivered well within the timeframe quoted by Demko, with an accurate time slot given on the delivery day.
Couldn't be happier with the product itself, switching to a firmer mattress with no metal has equated to a great nights sleep.

Great mattress. Former than expected (I bought a c) but option to make softer by switching around the 3 layers. I haven’t done it yet tho as I’ve been sleeping well so maybe firmer is better

We have had the DeLuxe B for 5 months now and have been extremely pleased with it. Like most we looked around a bit and tried a few of the mattresses found in the local shops but after doing the research and reading the reviews, we chose this one from Demko and couldn't be happier. We had sprung and memory mattresses before but this mattress is on a completely different level regarding comfort and support.

I gladly recommend this mattress without hesitation. If you are concerned because you can't try it out before you buy it you shouldn't be. It has been wonderful!

We purchased our Grace bed after many months of discussion with Tamas. We needed to be sure this was the right bed for us. Tamas guided us through the process, answering our many questions quickly and efficiently.
It was obviously just as important to Tamas, as it was to us, that we ended up with the right bed and mattress for our needs.
The bed is a beautifully crafted piece of furniture which has proved to be perfect for our needs. The sleep system works brilliantly for us, adjusting perfectly to our different body weights.
We have had our bed for around two weeks now and can honestly say it is the best bed we have ever slept on, perfect!

We have been using the Demko bed-systems for almost a year now and I can say that it has greatly improved our sleep. My wife had various back/spinal issues for the last couple of years due to her office work. Since she sleeps on the bed-system her symptons are easing. We are utterly satisfied with the bed, it made a huge improvement in the quality of our sleep. It is much more than what you would think at first sight. We are really greatful and can only recommend it to everyone!
