Terrible customer service

Customer service is no help of course it's the shipping companies fault got the order protection and cannot talk you have to email i have sent 17 emails with a no help respond,I wish I would have seen all these reviews before I ordered.I don't understand they don't stand up for the company at all.My granddaughter likes there brand but sad to say won't be shopping with them again and the best part about it is they don't even care.bad business.

I placed an order on October 31 and now it's November 6 and no label has been processed or created yet, I have sent many emails to support but they don't give me any answer and it seems that they don't care what happens with my order

Bought a t shirt which never arrived

Bought a t shirt which never arrived. Contacted dhl who told me a label had been generated but they never received the item to convey to me. Denim tears customer service could not have cared less tbh. Multiple ai generated responses. Lost on this. Shabby.

I don’t know what going on at Denim…

I don’t know what going on at Denim tears but I don’t like it!! I ordered 2 hoodies that took forever to get a tracking number so I requested to cancel order they basically told me they not canceling my order. They created a UPS sticker but still hasn’t taken package to UPS to ship. Great quality clothes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t support this bullshit company

DO NOT BUY FROM DENIM TEARS. I purchased an expensive pair of shorts as my son's birthday gift. Because they were a gift, I wanted to be sure they could be exchanged if they didn't fit. I carefully reviewed the product page, which did NOT say they were final sale. I also specifically read the return and exchange policy to confirm that I could exchange or get store credit and it said I could. Based on the representation that they could be exchanged, I purchased them. They turned out to be way too big for my son. But, when I went to exchange them, while the returns portal stated explicitly they were "exchange only" (and STILL says this), the portal would not let me click on the box to exchange them. I contacted the company, and they said the shorts were final sale and could not be exchanged. I never would have purchased such an expensive pair of shorts if they had been advertised as final sale. I specifically purchased them because they could be exchanged. I contacted the company with this information, but they were unwilling to allow the exchange. Based on the reviews below, I see I’m not the only one they’ve done this to. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint but have not heard back from the company.

Thieves

I ordered some shorts 9 days ago. The app says 3 to 5 day shipping. On day 8 there's not even a label created. So I reach out. They create a label. 2 days later I contacted UPS. Who says we have no package from denim tears for you. So I reach back out to get a refund because my package never shipped. Now they're saying if I return them in 14 days I can get store credit. I havent recieved anything to return. So basically they stole my money and now my lawyers having to get involved. Also gonna contact consumer affairs. As this is theft.

I hope consumers can see this review before making a purchase. This company is a complete con. They are abusing the loyalty of consumers who want to support a Black owned company. The Black celebrities that promote their products are no more than a prop to attract those consumers. I made a purchase that never stated it was final sale that’s unable to be returned or exchanged. Initially they pretended to not find my $500.00 purchase by its order number or my email. They “found” it and responded, stating their overly large size products were non-refundable or could not be exchanged. The sizes are 2-3xs larger than standard sizes. Do not buy their product unless you are ready to lose your money and be left with clown clothes. I wish I could give the company a zero, as well as read the reviews before I made my purchase. They should be ashamed of their shady business tactics.

Literally robbed of my hard earned…

Literally robbed of my hard earned money, I ordered on the 14th of March it is now the 24th and still haven't received a tracking number, there goes my special occasion outfit! I had a friend who ordered around the same hour as me and has received his package while i have not. Not to mention the most awful customer service, i have emailed several times to their customer service email with no response and also filed a zendesk form for my order #221331 twice with absolutely no response whatsoever other than the automated response. Also I am from the UK and there is no number suitable telephone number for me to call Don't shop with the official retailer, you'll probably get better customer service purchasing off a re-seller instead.

Brought from them beginning part of January, still have not received any product. No response from customer service with multiple attempts. Would not recommend this business.

Money gone, no customer service to help me

Bought 2 pieces for Christmas of which I returned one. Shipped the return package using the provided return label, according to the track and trace the package had been delivered to them yet I have not received any updates regarding my return from them (reimbursement etc. not even notification that they have received my package). It has been 3 almost 4 weeks and I would like to know whats up with the return and thus my money.

Hoodie did not fit and i tried to exchange for a larger size (I wasn't looking for my money back) but there system would not let me, when I sent a message asking for support no one responded. Horrible customer services, it's pretty sad that they sell high end sweaters and have very little interest in having me come back as a repeat customer, rather they would prefer to have an frustrated customer that will warn others to stay away.
