I was really impressed by the speed of response, bearing in mind that I contacted Denplan in the middle of the Christmas holiday period. I was a long way from my home surgery yet two hours later they had found me an appointment a short drive away for later that day!!
Since then, Harry's help with the admin and claim forms has been extremely helpful!

Without a doubt a 5 star service from Denplan . This is the second claim that I have submitted and on both occasions I have received payment within 24hours . Excellent customer support and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to any one looking for dental insurance.

A day after getting an emergency appointment (for a weeks time) at the practice I have been with for about 38/39 years, I received a text saying it was cancelled because the dentist was unavailable due to a personal matter. Contacting my practice I learnt they had no dentist/s for the entire month ahead and could not help.
My daughter ( a dental professional herself, but up country) suggested as a Denplan client for many years, I contact Denplan . I did so and my faith in professionals was restored. Cherise of Denplan quickly got the picture. She contacted my usual practice to confirm the position and said she would ring around and find me a dentist who could give me treatment. True to her word, within a few hours she called back with details of an emergency appointment the next morning (Saturday) in a practice about half an hour away. Amazingly this dentist opened up his doors on a Saturday morning simply to deal with my problem. I am hugely grateful to Cherise of Denplan for going beyond the norm in these challenging times and the dentist concerned. Respect!

I don't understand that after 12 years,a receipt from the same dentist I have used over those 12 years is not sufficient to prove I have paid for appointments and because I have to pay in advance, I'm out of pocket for up to a year. I preferred it when the denplan paid out as soon as I submitted the receipt after I had paid.

Thank goodness I have Dentplan. I have found them very professional efficient and reassuring. While away from home, they take the hassle and worry out of looking for a dentist for emergency treatment.

I pay for my Denplan via salary sacrifice at work, I have had substantial dental work carried out over the last two years and Denplan have been there through it all. They are so easy to deal with and I think they are some of the quickest paying insurers ever. I have only had to contact them once in that time as everything else has been so smooth. The one time I did contact them was just to ask if they could look at a recent claim and pay it a little more quickly due to the amount. I hadnt even finished the live chat and Bethany had processed it all for me and I had the authorisation email in my inbox. That is how customer service needs to be these days, no barriers, blockers or steps to make things unnecessarily lengthy just fast, professional and efficient service.

I have recently moved house and relocated 100 miles away from my old dentist. I called Denplan and they advised I must cancel my current plan and to take a new plan with my new dentist. They ask for 3 weeks notice to cancel and advised my last payment would be on the 01.12.25 as I cancelled in November. I have now found a new dentist paid for a new patient check up and have tried to take a new plan today in December and I have been told I am unable to until January and I am unable to have a hygienist appointment using my policy until February & will have to pay for my planned hygienist appointment in January. What a rip off I have been paying £25 a month since my last appointment in August over £100 in payments and have to pay for a hygienist which I should have free as I receive 4’a year as part of my package. 7 weeks from my phone call to cancel. No customers service and money for nothing for Denplan. Rob dogs!

A very helpful, friendly response on the other end of the line, plenty of advice and information given. I left it to Denplan to find me a dentist and they came up with 2 close by very quickly who had a free appointment the same day, explaining pricing and reimbursement policies, allowing me to choose. Subsequently, a very quick response to my submitted claim. Have been very impressed by this whole experience.
