I ordered a couple of hand files and a GP box. They sent the hand files and the bill through mail - in a plain, transparent ziplock bag. The apartment number written on the ziplock bag, and the address visible through the bag from the bill inside. And the GP set separately in a box.

This is in reply to the message left by dental deals canada. I had already sent an email with the necessary pictures and am still waiting for a reply to that email. Thank you.

Receiving a call to make sure that it was okay that an order would arrive later than the usual time was a nice touch.

Fast and efficient order process and shipping !

in JULY, I tried to order 2 boxes of:
Indicator 35 Soft Flat Trim TB Oral-B 12/Box
PG-80209882
(I have ordered them a number of times in the past with no difficulty)
I was told to expect them in 2 weeks.
I had not heard, so I tried to contact Dental Deals and ask about the status of the order.
BOTH contact phone numbers listed on the web page did NOT work!
finally managed to CHAT to a rep and was told that the order should be ready "next week" and was given an alternate contact number (Dental Brands For Less).
I called the number and they said the order was not ready but it "should be ready next week".
I was not contacted, so called again, only to be told that it "should be ready next week" AGAIN
called yet again the following week and the rep told me that they should have NEVER told me "it will be ready sometime next week" as they KNOW exactly when the order is supposed to be coming in...she checked and saw that it was STILL not available, so she said she would cancel the order.
I asked if the product was not available, why was it still listed on the web site?
she didn't know and would look into it.
shortly after, the listing was taken down.
so, curious, I recently checked to see if there was any update on the web site and the product was re-listed (at a MUCH HIGHER price).
I contacted the CHAT rep and asked it it was "in stock"?
I was told no.
I then explained about the previous attempt at ordering the product, only to be ignored and not given any answer/explanation.
as it turned out, it has worked out great because we have found another supplier that costs substantially LESS than Dental "Deals"
will NEVER use this "service" again.

Good price, easy on line order, fast delivery

Order was quickly fulfilled the day it was placed and I received a telephone call informing me that the order was ready for pick-up. Picked-up the order on the same day at DDC's convenient warehouse location.

Didn’t mention exclusions for purchase

The website was easy to navigate and order the product we needed, the only thing I would change is there was one item that was back ordered but I don't know when it's supposed to be coming in. There was no reference to when it was coming in other than that it was a great experience.
