The front desk is welcoming and thorough with reminders and follow ups.
The hygienists are meticulous and conscientious while cleaning teeth. The dentist is the best. My last visit was a fast, friendly and efficient. I only have positive feedback about DentalX.

Better in the Past
As always, your staff were friendly and your appointment confirmations and reminders were helpful tools. I was assisted by a temporary hygienist that was unfamiliar with your office and struggled to get set up for the appointment. She was very apologetic. I felt that a better orientation for your augmenting staff could be beneficial. I also felt that the polishing was rushed and incomplete - perhaps due to the delays in getting started. I will be returning as a customer, but wanted to offer that as feedback.

I loved how there were so many people in the dental team from Spain, Turkey, Philippines, and Iran which makes it even more convenient when it comes to communicating. I was so happy with my results and my appointment. I definitely recommend Dr Ali to everyone :)

I recently visited Dr. Ali for a filling and a cleaning. He is extremely gentle and professional, and his touch is very light, making the experience completely comfortable. The front desk staff were also very professional, and the assistants were attentive and careful, performing the procedures without causing any discomfort. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Dr. Ali and his team!
