I'm a cosmetic dentist in West Linn, Oregon, with 19 years in practice and a thriving, high-end boutique practice. Despite never having worked with a marketing agency before, I recently set out to find the right partner to help expand our reach. Used them for 6 months and glad we stopped. Do not waste your marketing spend. Fancy video edits but the leads overall were poor. They turned up not even knowing the cost or what they wanted. Typical over promise and under deliver by Nico. These ads are good for patients who want to pay as little as possible and for clinics who need these type of patients to survive. Hard to convert patients who have no idea what they are in for and cannot afford it.
