Wow I cannot fault this service
Wow I cannot fault this service I sent my broken dentures off last post on Thursday afternoon to receive them back Tuesday morning they have fixed them really well they fit me no problem and no bits rubbing I’m so happy no more gummy bear for me !! Really reasonable price I did quite a bit of res before I found denturemedica and they where the best price I could find
! I will be using them again to fix my broken bottom set and my spare broken top set !!!!

Very quick service
Very quick service. I know that is really important to most. I wouldn't mind if they took an extra day to throughly check the denture for secondary repairs needed at the price paid.

On return of my denture the tooth was crooked and would not fit. The technician had done a poor job of re-attaching the tooth and trimming back the acrylic properly. Waste of money. Won’t be using again.

As we discussed with you previously, our technicians repair the break and bring the denture back to the original shape. The issue you are having with the fit between your other teeth sounds like your teeth are mobile and have shifted in the period you were without your denture which is why it's tight and looks crooked.
We have carried out the repair as specified in the terms on our website. I'm sorry the repair hasn't met expectations but we can only deal with the denture, not the mouth itself.

Hi Tina, we're not sure how that would happen as address labels are generated from the address you provide when placing the order. Nonetheless we sincerely apologise for the delivery error and are glad the denture we repaired for you reached you safely.
I broke my bottom dentures just before…
I broke my bottom dentures just before the May bank-holiday and sent them on the Friday before. They repaired them and sent them back on the Tuesday. I think that this was a really good service and the dentures are working well. Thank you to the team!

Hi Miranda, sorry to hear the denture broke again, it sounds like it needs a full replacement. This is a potential issue which we warn about on our website as follows:
Q. How long will the repair last and is there a guarantee?
A. Due to their nature, guarantees are not offered on removable appliances like dentures. Our repairs will bring the denture back to its original strength but if it broke through normal use, there is likely a problem with the design of the denture, repairs should be treated as temporary and you should consult a dentist about a new denture.

Yes. Broke my denture and couldn't wait for a dentist's appointment ( I don't think they class it as an emergency and to be fair I wasn't in pain).
I posted my broken denture on Tuesday afternoon and had it back on Friday morning. Job done. These people do what they claim they'll do, which is quite refreshing these days when customer service is almost non existent.

Sent on Wednesday back on Friday. I cannot fault this company for quality of service.
90yr. old man having broken his denture was concerned at the cost being quoted for repair locally ... dental practice now having gone private and no NHS available
£55 was a good price and even returned with denture plate mould and storage cup. Will certainly recommend to everyone to use this service if they are in need of denture repairs.
